Forbidden Love

Chapter 3

.I take a deep breath before we enter my house. We walked into the dining room as we saw Sirius talking to Remus and other people. He looks at us both in shock.

"Y/n, back already?" He asks surprised that it hasn't even been a day. "I see you've met Harry. Come sit, both of you!" He continued as he look at Harry, then back to me and he smiles.

"We have some questions and I hope you will give us the answers since you have never given me any" I implied.

"Why have you kept Y/n a secret?" Harry asked impatiently.

"Me and James were close friends so when I found Y/n, I knew I had to look after her. James told me that if anything happened to him and Lily, then he wanted me to keep Y/n safe. I didn't want to risk anybody dangerous finding out who Y/n is." Sirius answered with a guilty look on his face.

"But why did our parents want to keep her a secret? Did they always keep her a secret?" Harry blurted. Sirius looked at Harry then looked down at the table. He looked over at Remus, silently asking him what to do. Sirius and Remus kept looking at eachother and kept using hand gestures, almost as like they were silently talking. The whole room was silent as we were all waiting for Sirius to answer Harry's question and we were all getting impatient.

"Tell them Sirius, they deserve to know." Remus whispered to Sirius loud enough for us to hear. Sirius proceeded to keep looking at the table. He let out a big sigh.

"When...voldemort...killed Lily and James, he tried to kill Harry but failed and left his mark on him which is the scar. He then got frustrated and used more strength on Y/n to kill her but he failed. No mark was left on Y/n, nor even a scratch. She made Voldmort weak, she is his weakness. I'm sorry Y/n But the reason why you were kept a secret is that....you have special powers, unlike anyone else. Your very powerful and Voldemort does not like that at all." Sirius spoke slowly, allowing me to take all the information in. I was taken back alot as I had never even been allowed to go to Hogwarts or to learn magic.

"So he wants me dead." I gulp as I start to worry alot.

"Either that or he wants you to join him, he wants power and will do anything to gain power." Sirius spoke looking up at me with a sad expression on his face.

"Stop it Sirius, your scaring her." A woman walked forward and placed her hands on my shoulders. She gave Sirius a furious look.

"She's waited years to hear the truth, she deserved to know." Sirius murmured.

The woman ignored Sirius's comment and focused her gaze on me. "I'm Mrs Weasley dear, don't panic or be scared about what he said. You are safe." She gave me a warn smile as I smiled back. Those last three words kept replaying in my mind, you are safe. What if I'm not safe? He wants me either way. I don't let him stop me from doing anything!

"Now that I'm no longer a 'secret', can I please go to Hogwarts?" I asked desperately.

"You are still at risk Y/n." He worried.

"If I havnt been at Hogwarts then he won't know I'm there. I can protect myself." I said confidently. On the inside I was terrified. I felt sick to my stomach at the thought of becoming a death eater. Sirius has told me all about them and what they do. They are despicable people.

"Oh, I don't know." He hesitated.

"Oh come on, please!" I begged as I thought he had finally gave in.

"Under one condition. No more fights!" He looked at me and I could see how serious he was.

"It's not my fault I always get into fights, they always start them!" I answered back in a sarcastic tone.
Sirius looked at me and raised his eyebrow until I finally gave in.

"Fine! I won't get into any more fights. So does that mean I can go to Hogwarts?" I rolled my eyes as I stare at him.

"Fine! You can go!" Sirius concluded as I gave him a huge smile and I hug him.

"Thank You so much!" I happily say and Sirius winks at me with a cheesy grin as he drinks out of his glass.

I get to start Hogwarts soon! I hope I get into Gryffindor! What if I get slytherin? I get to make new friends! I collapse on my bed with all these thoughts taking over my brain.

I can't wait!
