Ms.Smith P.O.V

There has been a lot of workload recently.  As an Interspecies Exchange Coordinator, it puts a lot of burden on me. The Exchange program was lot of work to begin with, but to bring humans and extra species closer, they started arranging marriages between humans and extra species, and it was a success. 

But now, they want humans and extra species to have a relation which is closer than that between couples, they want  humans and extraspecies relations to go beyond marriage, i.e the relation of a parent and a child.

That's why they came up with a new program, Interspeciesxhumans family programme in which monster girls take human children and raise them as their own, forming a family which consists of human as well as extraspecies member. And what's more , I am burdened with the responsibility of this new program as well , but my wages have not increased in proportion to my work.  Seriously, I hate those government officials!!!

(Author's note) In Ms. Smith monologue above, she is cursing imaginary government officials from imaginary government in this imaginary world of fanfic. It has no relation to real government of any real nation or whatsoever so if any government related person from any country is reading this please don't misunderstand.

Ms. Smith monologue continues:

So, recently, I have recieved some reports about some runaway cases, i.e the extraspecies have tried to escape from their host families and it created a havoc. If this is not stopped, according to extra species law, strict action will be taken against those monster girls who did this, so may be I should try this: I will transfer them from Interspecies Exchange program to this family program, and I know a perfect household which can take them, but first, I must take some confirmatory tests.

Centorea P.O.V

I wake up, it is morning, I don't remember clearly what happened last night. As I open my eyes, I realise where am I. There is a tiny arm around my neck, it is young (y/n). I am resting my head on his shoulder and he is hugging me and on his other shoulder rests Mia. We 3 are sleeping together, young (y/n) between us . I gently release his arm from my neck and get up.

I have no right to be this close to him, even though I say that I am his mother, I am just  a foster mother, it is my responsibility to take care of him and raise him properly, I have sworn my loyalty to him but I have no right over him. 

I have to wake him up and take him out for morning exercise routine. So, I wake him up. He wakes up rubbing his eyes, so cute!! I love him!! 

O no, wait, what am I thinking, I shouldn't be thinking this way, I must not let my emotions take over and get in the way of my duty!!

(y/n) P.O.V

I wake up and notice Centorea, I remember suddenly what happened last night. Centaurs require less sleep so Centorea woke up early but it will take time for Mia to wake up. She is resting her head on my shoulder, so I gently release her from my embrace and put a soft pillow under her head without waking her up, and now I have to go out with Centorea for morning exercise routine. 

Timeskip

We are done with the morning routine running exercises,and  now we are heading to buy some groceries and essentials. Centorea is walking and I am sitting on her back. She is carrying sword in her hand, she says that she must be ready to protect me in case of any emergency situuations.
