Centorea P.O.V.

Ms. Smith and her team have suddenly shown up. I wonder what is this task she mentioned just now.

Ms.Smith: Alright, now, for this task, I need to talk to little (y/n), so (y/n), follow me to the other room. Meanwhile, my team will explain you the details.

(Ms. Smith and (y/n) go to (y/n)'s room)

So, in the living room, it's me, Mia, Tionsha, Zombina, Doppel and Manako.

Centorea: Alright, so without wasting time, let's get to the point. Tell us about this task.

Manako: According to the Interspecies Family law, we have to keep monitoring  how the Interspecies families are doing. We have to monitor whether the monster moms and child are getting along well, whether monster moms take good care of the child and the child's behavior. So, tomorrow, (y/n) will be going out with us. We will be taking (y/n) with us.

Mia: What? You will be taking Darling away??

Tionsha: Don't worry Mia, it will only be for one day, we will pick him up in the morning and give him back in the evening. 

Mia: But what will you do to him?? 

Manako: We will be staying with him one day, we will take him out to places, roam around the city, take him out to amusement parks, mall etc. The basic idea is to spend time with him to get to know him better and from that, judge how well you are doing.

Centorea: Ok at what time will you be picking him up? I will have to give him breakfast before that and get him ready. And what about  his lunch?? He must get food on time or it will affect his health!!

Mia: Yes, Darling will be out for a whole day. Growing boy like him needs lot of food. Momma can't let this need remain unfulfilled!!!

Tionsha: You two are worried already?? I am getting the idea that you two really love him!!

Zombina: Yeah , acting like typical moms. However, you are not allowed to tell him anything about tomorrow's trip, it will be a surprise for him. We want to see how he responds to the situation and judge his true behaviour.

Centorea and Mia: Ok.

(y/n)'s P.O.V

Ms. Smith takes me to my room. I am sitting on my chair, facing her and she is sitting comfortably on the bed.

Ms.Smith: Alright,  we are carrying out a survey to see how monster moms are doing with their children.Now as a part of survey, I need to ask you some questions. Give me honest answers. What do you think of your monster moms? What's it like living with them?

(y/n): They are wonderful, I love living with them. I will be with them forever.

Ms.Smith: What do you think of Mia?

(y/n): She is very sweet. She likes to cuddle, and she says that it is necessary for lamias because they are cold blooded. But I don't mind, I am fine with it. Also, I don't know why,but I feel that I have a special type of connection with her. I love Mia very much.

Ms.Smith: I see..... And what about Centorea?

(y/n): Centorea is the best mother ever, I love her. She is a bit overprotective which sometimes puts restrictions on me, but that's not the real problem, real problem is something else.

Ms.Smith: What is it?

(y/n):She thinks that she is not my real mother, but just a substitute, so she has no right to be close to me. But I know, she wants to be close like a normal mother, but she believes she has no right so this creates a kind of barrier between us. I wish that she must give up on that belief and express her feelings openly, so that there is no barrier between us.

Ms.Smith: Yeah, that's typical of her nature, being a centaur. They have their norms and belief. She thinks that by wanting to have you, she is being selfish, and it will get in the way of her duty to protect you. That's why she hides her soft side, but deep inside she really cares for you and loves you. You have to take the initiative and keep on trying, she will eventually open up to you.

(y/n): Yeah, I guess its unavoidable, but if its for her sake, I will do it. Also,I wish both of them stop fighting and get along.

Ms.Smith:They will keep on competing for who's your favourite, but that won't be serious don't worry. They have started getting along already. So, don't worry.

Ms.Smith P.O.V

Ms.Smith mind:

This seems perfect, they seem to be getting along well. He's already gained affection from both of them. Now, I will have to see how he does tomorrow, whether he can get along with my team, and it will judge his capability of interacting and socializing with interspecies.....
