Y/N's pov:

I'm on my way back home. That was awkward. A awkward kiss and just a awkward moment. Why is it so hard to understand that I need time?
And how could he think that's appropriate to kiss me in that moment?
,,I lIKe YoU"...yeah...this helps. I like you too. The same way you like me. It's so confusing and crazy. I've never felt something like that for a person after one week.
Oh no...it starts raining.

,,You need a ride?" A known voice says.

I look to the side and say:,,Dylan? Wow...it's cool to see you again."
Dylan is a old friend from high school. He was once in love with me. He doesn't know that I know.

,,Uhu. The one and only attractive Dylan."

I laugh and say:,,My home is not far from here."

,,But it's raining."

,,No shit. I didn't notice." I say sarcastically.

,,So? Do you want to get a lung infection or get in my car?"

,,Yeah...alright."

I get in his car and he drives me home.
While we drive he says:,,Are you okay? You look like you cried."

,,Maybe because I did."

,,What happened?"

,,It's a long story...
oh here is it." I say and show him my house.

,,Okay...Here's my number. Call me if you need to talk."

,,Thanks." I say and hug him before I get out of the car.
I hate this day. And at the moment I hate my life. I walk inside my house.
Dad is still awake. I mean...it's half past 9. Of course he is.

,,Hey, how was the party?" He asks.

,,Really cool..."

,,Y/N are you sure?"

,,Yes I'm sure."

,,I don't believe you. You're a bad liar."

I roll my eyes and take a seat beside him.

,,You want to know what happened?" I ask.

,,You can tell me every single detail."

,,Okay...I- I-..." I start crying again and then say:,,I told you about Tom right?"

,,I know his name. Tell me more about him."

,,He is just wonderful and kind. And I never had feelings like that before..."

,,That's great!"

,,No. Because I got heartbroken by Danny and maybe he will be the next one...
He kissed me a few minutes ago but I didn't reply. It was awkward and now I feel bad for him even though I told him I can't date the next one because of Dan. Ugh it's so complicated."
I then cover my face with my hands and cry more than before.
He pulls me into a big hug and then pull away.

,,Okay...that's not my area of expertise...but obviously he likes you very,very much and you should try to get over Danny."

,,That's easier said than done."

,,I know it's hard but it's worth it.
For love!" He says motivated.

,,Yey...love...
You know...previously as I was younger I really thought true love exists but now I know all boys are the same...exept you."

,,You don't believe in true love anymore because of Danny?"

,,Exactly. I should start dating girls. And no. I don't have to tell you that I'm bi because I'm not."

,,That wouldn't be a problem." He says with a smile and winks. I smile back and we hug again.

,,Thank you dad. You are the best."

,,I know. Hey, wanna watch ,,Shawshank Redemption"?"
It's one of his favourite movies.

,,Uhm...Yes!"

I make popcorn and we watch the movie. 2 hours later I fall asleep for 10 minutes.

,,Y/N! Y/N! Wake up."
I slowly wake up and I see my dad who's waiting for me to wake up.
,,Wake up and sleep in your room. Wouldn't that be nice?" He whispers.
I stand up go in my room.
Hahhh...I'm more than happy to be in my bed. It's official. My depression phase has started.

Wow...I slept 13 hours. And Tom messaged me:

I'm sorry for last night.
I couldn't resist cause I like you that much!

I'm not gonna to involve him in my depression phase because it won't make anything better. Not the situation. Not my or his feelings. I need to keep distance 'til I'm over Danny. It's the only way.

,,Y/N! Here is a young man who wants to see you." Mom shouts from the living room.

,,Then tell him I don't want to see anyone."

,,He comes to you okay?"

I hear someone knocking at my door.

,,Tom. Go away! Please leave me alone."

The man opens the door and I wasn't expecting that.

,,Hey Y/N."
It's Dylan. Oh shit it's DYLAN. And I look awful.

,,Dylan! Hey...what a big surprise." I say while I try to make my hair in my bed.

,,You expected someone else,huh?"

,,Yeah but I'm glad it's you."

,,How are you?"

,,Oh yeah I'm fine..."

,,We were friends. I know you're lying."

,,Do you think my mood changes within 15 hours?!" I shout.
He looks a little shocked and I then say:,,Sorry...how rude."

,,It's okay...Hey,what about we go out today? Just you and me."

,,Are you really asking me if I want to go out with you...today?"

,,As friends,of course." He ensures.
See? He understands.

,,Oh...ahm...Today? I'm very busy today."
Like I have to eat Ice cream and crisps and watching my new favourite series ,,Jane the virgin" and listen to music. My To do list is very important to me.

,,Oh...okay. Tomorrow?"

I cancel eating ice cream and crisps.

,,Tomorrow sounds great!"

,,Okay! Then...I'll pick you up at 6 PM."

,,Nice." I say and smile.

Oh no. Someone new in my life. This is gonna to be more complicated.
