"do you have all you stuff?" i asked zaliyah, aka my best friend
we were currently getting ready to leave kentucky and make our way back home, to auburn, alabama.
zaliyah and i both attend UK (university of kentucky for my slow people) on sports scholarships. we both run track. liyah has been my best friend since 8th grade. she was new to our school and didnt really have any friends. so being the nice person i am, i decided to be her first :)
"YES bitch damn, you asked me that 73 times" she replied
"dont get mad at me when you leave something here"
UK's winter break officially started today. it was a saturday. we would be spending it at home ofc :)
"call brandon and see where he at" i told zaliyah
brandon was like a brother to me. i've known him for forever. our parents knew each other and we have been friends since the womb, and we were basically the same age and in the same grade, we were even closer.
"hello" i heard brandon say over the speakers
he looked to be in the car
"damn you mad ugly, anyways we finna head to the airport in 10, make sure your there" zaliyah spoke
"as you can tell, im in my car, im finna be there right now" brandon laughed
"WOW im surprised you not late, im proud actually" i said
"im never late whatchu mean" brandon said shocked
"okay mr show up to the family function 2 hours late cause you was sleep"
"AYE we dont speak of that no more"
"bye brando" i said
"bye kam" brandon said, hanging up the phone
we grabbed all our suitcases, and checked to make sure we didnt forget anything and left our dorm and went down to my car.
we loaded all our stuff in my trunk and some of it in my backseat. we then started to the airport
we met up with brandon and went inside. we went through the baggage claim and. the airport security line was mad long. we finally got through it tho. we found our gate and waited in those uncomfortable ass chairs. after a good 20 minutes, brandon was knocked.
