F[O]RE[VER] (SakuAtsuKita // SunaOsaAka One-shot series) [2nd Story]

Pre-Timeskip

Since the incident, Atsumu and Kita becomes closer and closer. If Atsumu has a problem, he always went to Kita and Kita comforting him. One day, 1 month before Kita graduate, Kita and Atsumu hangout together. They went to a shrine for them to thank god whatever just happened and wish what they want. After that, they just look around the area.

Afternoon has come and they went to a seaside area to watch the sunset. “It’s beautiful right?” “Right Kita-san. It’s so beautiful.” “Say Atsumu, you’re not going to forget me, right?” Atsumu was surprised on Kita’s question. “What kind of question is that Kita-san? Of course I wouldn’t!” “Liar…” “WHAT?! I’m telling the truth! I will never forget you!” “Then why are you shouting?” “Its just… because you think I’m not saying the truth.” “But I didn’t say that I’m not believing you. I’m just saying that you’re probably going to forget me in someway.” Then Atsumu didn’t talk after that.

“I’m not going to play volleyball after High School. And I’m going to stay here in Hyogo, and I’m sure you’re going to move in Tokyo soon.” “But Kita-san! Before that happens, I want to ask one thing.” “What is it?” Atsumu was nervous to ask him. “Can you- no. Can we be together?” Atsumu asked. “I refuse.” “What? But why Kita-san?” “Im just saying that we can’t be together now. But promise Atsumu.” Then Kita face on Atsumu. “Promise me that you’re going to ask me that question again when you’re a professional volleyball player, and wait for my answer.” “I- I promise Kita-san! I wouldn’t break our promise whatever happens.” “I’m going to wait for it.” Then they watch again the sunset but this time, they holding each other’s hand.

-Flashforward-

A month has passed and it’s the graduation day of the 3rd years students. The 2nd years and 1st years was very emotional. Before the graduate students leave, they gather together to their gym. Everyone is talking how emotional they are. When everyone is talking to everybody, Kita notice that Atsumu was sitting alone on one of the bench so he went to him. “Hey Atsumu!” Atsumu ignore him. “Tsumu…” Atsumu blushed when Kita called him in his nickname. On the next attempt, Kita poke him on his cheeks but he still ignoring him. On the last attempt, he pinch his cheeks.

“Oww!” “Are you still gonna ignore me?” But Atsumu doesn’t answer. Kita sit down in front of him. “Hey, don’t be sad…” “I can’t! You’re leaving! How I can’t be sad?” “Don’t be sad Tsumu. Do you want to you see you by the others like that? The next captain is sad for nothing?” “But I can’t!” Kita holds Atsumu’s hands. “Listen Tsumu, I’m here and I’m always be here.” Kita stands and kiss Atsumu’s forehead. After a while, the 2nd years and 1st years form a formation. Atsumu leads them. “Thank you very much!” said by them. “Thank you very much!” Reply by the graduate students and leave.

Post-Timeskip

After a few years, the Miya twins is not playing together now, Atsumu continues to play as a professional volleyball player which is playing on team MSYB Black Jackals. Osamu decided to stop playing volleyball when he graduated High School. Now, he is the owner of their own store Onigiri Miya. Even though they’re not playing together, they still supporting each other.

“Tsumu, you’re gonna be late on your interview!” “I know! That’s why I'm rushing Samu!” “Then go quick because I need to open my store!” “Here, I’m ready!” “Okay let’s go!” After a very long ride. “Here we go!” “Thanks Samu! I gotta go!” “Wait! Kita-san is going to my store later, Are you going later?” “Of course! Just said wait for me!” “Okay, see you later!” Then the 2 of them parted their ways.
