I have now been with the Avengers for 3 months and I'm about to go on first field mission that is out of the country! I was walking to Tony's office to get the mission brief when my favourite person in the world walked by. You guessed it! Bucky Barnes was walking the exact same way as me so I already knew what Tony had planned. We both walked in when he blurted "Please tell me you aren't putting me with her?" I rolled my eyes has Tony handed me a file with all the information that was needed. It had a picture of a bracelet and a gem, with another picture of...my parents?!

"Hold your horses! Why in the hell is my parents picture in here?!" Steve and Banner walked in with confused faces, Natasha asked to see the pictures and she was shocked "Wait, y/n... these are your parents?" Ok something wrong was happening. My parents died when I was 4 years old, I remember the first prediction I had was about them:

Peacefully sleeping until I heard a loud banging from the door. I looked around but nobody was there, I turned on my night light and went to open the door but when I did a bunch of screams like ghosts just came running towards me so I slammed the door. I sunk to the corner of the floor and cried, I looked up to find myself hiding under the sofa when a bunch of men came in and shouted for my parents name then...gun shots. I woke up screaming, my older brother and sister came running in calming me down. They told me it was just a nightmare and that I shouldn't watch so much television.

But we all found ourselves standing in church, wearing black and saying goodbye to them. We stayed at our Grandma's and my mum left me a Celtic ring with a note:

Y/n, If you're reading this then I must be gone. You mustn't blame yourself for what happened! On your 18th birthday you'll receive another note from both me and your father explaining everything: why this happened to us, what this means to you and why it involves you.

I ran out back to my room, I got something in the post a few days ago but I didn't get a chance to read it. Bucky followed behind me and I opened the letter and read it out loud:

Dear y/n
You have grown so much! Now that you are much more older I can explain what happened to me and your mum. We knew the chances of having a child that one of you could end up being a banshee but we didn't care one bit. Hydra found out that you were the banshee and they tried to take you, one time they actually succeeded! They tortured and did tests on you, that tattoo you got on your neck was from them. They made it look like a normal tattoo to scare me and her! So they sent you back to us.

Hydra still want you no matter what now that we are gone and you have better understanding of what you are. Your brother and sister may be able to help but you must remember what your mother said: Never Blame yourself ! You couldn't have known.

I landed on the floor sobbing my eyes out, Bucky slowly made his way towards me and hugged me from behind. Natasha and Wanda walked in and took over from Bucky, I knew then that I had to take down Hydra for my parents. I should've done something then so I'm doing something.
