Pov: Diluc had a rough day and you're basically his comfort pillow (Diluc ily marry me)

Today has been rough for Diluc, a group of hillichurls attacked a delivery of wine that was supposed to come, and dealing with abyss mages wasn't lovely either.

In result those made Diluc stress quite a bit, he just wanted to go home and be in your arms embracing him, showering you with kisses, hearing your soft voice and laughs was enough for him to rest peacefully.

It was around midnight, almost one in the morning when everyone left the bar. Feeling exhausted Diluc quickly cleaned everything, he missed you a lot, the thought of being home with you warmed him up, creeping a smile upon his lips.

"Darling?" Diluc said in a low voice feeling tired, but this was probably enough for you to hear him. You came running to him from upstairs with a smile on your face, delighted to see your lover back safely. "Diluc! I missed you."
He pulled you into a hug putting his head in the crook of your neck, breathing softly, wrapping his arms around your waist.
"Now now, shouldn't you take a bath love?"
"..I'm too tired could we just go to sleep?" You signed knowing you couldn't change his mind, "Alright but promise me to take a bath tomorrow?" "Mhm." you chuckled while placing a kiss on his forehead.
"Well, let's at least go to our bedroom shall we?" He nodded at your words making you smile.

Arrived in the bedroom Diluc quickly laid down pulling you with him, wrapping his arms around you while giving you a lot of soft kisses. You wrapped your arms around him too, he practically was like a baby, at the thought you chuckled, earning a mumble from the tired redhead. "What was that love? I couldn't hear you." "Love you." Your face suddenly got red, he wouldn't say that out of nowhere all the time, which would make you flustered. "Love you too, you should sleep now, I know you're tired." "You're right, goodnight darling." "Goodnight Diluc, sleep well."
