chapter seven

Hunter

Let's recap, about 2 years ago I was a part of a big fight involving project phoenix, before the fight, we were trained to become this group, we fought someone they called an unstable project, together with Jason, Nathan, Ryan, Hunter, Luke, Matt, virge, Alex and morgan we defeated him, but he disappeared. we all ended up in the hospital morgan was the worst of all of us, when was In a coma for several weeks. 

it has been a week since he showed up, but mike, someone who helped us with the band at one point, was with him and they attacked morgan and Alex. she died the same day, but not after getting to mary morgan, she was there, all alone when Alex died. but they didn't catch him. 2 weeks after it they caught mike, and now I'm in a car going to a safe house in Richmond Hill, California, a long way from home.

it took morgan 6 months to move I heard. the hard part was the new school, luckily it wasn't too far into the new school year. I signed into the music course and became the best of my class by the next school vacation.

I changed my hair, shaved the sides, and bleached the rest, to dye it white. back when they decided we had to go to the safe houses, morgan asked me to keep Koda safe, take him with me, and get him trained further, so I did.

every 6 months some important people from the music industry would come to visit the school, and depending on how many of them would show up 2 or 3 kids from the music course had a chance to work with them. one of them soon took an interest in me, Nash Everkeen, a music producer.

it didn't take long for him to start working with me, he gave me private lessons when the others had a normal school hour, but it was like that for everyone lucky enough to be chosen. within the next 2 years, I started to work with him outside of school a well.

at first, we started with recording covers of already known songs and eventually working out some of my own. making my debut in august 2 years ago, the first time on stage was a rush, the first time was rather small compared to later on, it was in a theatre just outside the town.

in the past year, I became better known, going on my first tour, taking all my classes online. that's was until I got a text from Nathan, to warn me that Dean got out of jail and it looked like he was dead set on getting to morgan and Virgil.

we still had contact with each other, mostly over a video call, the first time morgan joined when she went to her destination she told us everything, how she had no memory of her real parents and amnesia from about 4 years before she for adopted into the family she was now in. that she ran away and lived in the cabin by herself, and that was the reason no one ever saw her parents, and she told us about her brother and the reason she had run away. from the whole group only Virgil wasn't surprised as we in a later call found out he and his parents knew.

it took almost 4 years before something happened, except that morgans father tried to kill her. it was about 3 months ago that we got notified that Charles deceit, deans father had made contact with some of his associates in the area I was in, luckily it was only another 2 days before I left the place to go somewhere else.

being on the move for most of the time was good in times like this since it wasn't even a month later when I got a call from Nathan, it was a group call with Jason, matt, Ryan and, Luke, he told us about dean, and that carter, morgans brother was working with him. we were all shocked, that was why Virgil and morgan weren't in the group call, Virgil knew, and before Nate told them carter had visited them, Virgil had told Nate 'he said and I quote "you were hard to find" so unless he had help of some sort, we would've been safe here' and sure enough, the next day Virgil texted all of us that dean had broken in.

morgan sent us a text about the files later that night, since we all had to give content about it, she told us that they would be cleaned up and that she was sorry that it was over text, but she couldn't get any privacy for a call, and Nate followed up with an image of what happened in her room, the painting, the writing on it, it was messed up that even now after almost 4 years he had to remind her of that awful day.

  sadly enough it took only a week before we for an alert from head officer jones, one of the cops in Rochelle, the alert was sent out after the abduction of morgan and one of her roommates. I thought hard about it and in the end decided to go closer to home, just in case we were needed.

the times we had a group call and Virgil attended as well he kept us updated as someone was sending images and video's to one of his roommate's phones until one call neither him nor Nate joined the call, but I got a text from the others saying they were headed to Rochelle, to meet up, that's when I saw the text with the address, it was where Virgil and morgan stayed, I told the others I was gonna head there, I called nash and explained the situation only a little bit different, and since I was at the end of my tour and heading home anyway we didn't go through with the plan for another tour further away.

in the next 3 weeks, we had shows closer to Richmond hill and ended the tour in Jacksonville. when we were there we got a call from Nathan that they found morgan and her roommate. when I heard I called him saying I was on my way there the others were meeting in Rochelle. I took the train to the closest train station.

after almost about an hour and a half I called Nate 'hey Nate, you found morgan, is she in the hospital?, you're still there I assume... alright I'm almost at the station, it's about another 10 minutes, see you soon' he hung up the phone, about 10 minutes later I arrived at the station, pulled up my hood and headed for the black car with tinted windows, checking if it was the correct plate before getting in the car greeting Nathan.

'it has been too long' he said 'it truly has, how are you doing?' i asked him 'well I got out of school 2 years early and got special training now I'm one of the youngest officers and look at you, you're kinda famous' he said, I let out a small laugh 'yeah, but the online classes are killing me

once we got to the hotel we set up, we shared a room since it was cheaper that way. 'is there any evidence that dean's behind all of it?' I asked Nathan 'yeah, Thomas the other one that was kidnapped with her heard one of the men rant about her, about the fight in Rochelle, but even he said that he was talking about something else too, someone would be proud of him or something, perhaps something far in the past even she doesn't remember he told me.

over the next couple of days, I visited morgan, but they wouldn't let me in her room, anyone except Virgil and Nathan was not allowed. it took almost 2 weeks before she could get any visitors.
