Sasuke's face drained of all color.

Not him but all of his team were.

Karin could sense all different types of chakras. Some small but calm and soft. Some slightly larger and a mix of both warm and cold. Some even larger but warm. Karin did not have any good memory of Konoha but this is where she met Sasuke. She cannot hate his home. No. She loved his home.

Jugo and Suigetsu were just as shocked. There were animals and plants of type. Everywhere they were surrounded by trees. Whether warm and cozy something they haven't felt in a while. Air fresh, it felt nice.

But, this was not the reason for Sasuke's state.

-"SHANAROOO"

'What'

That was all he thought.

Those words were very familiar to him. Too much. He has heard those words before. Those words were spoken when angry, happy, sad, frustrated, or excited as long as he remembered -knew- that was her battle cry. Those words were only known to her.

No one else dared say those words except her. When they did, it would sound unoriginal and awkward. His jaw clenched.

This just confirmed that he was indeed in Konoha.

Sasuke didn't waste a second and got lost in the trees. He followed the voice to its owner. Suppressing his Chakra.

In his mind, came a pink-headed girl, asking begging him to come home. No. he had a task at hand he could not afford to turn. But then why was he headed her way.

His mind came up with many scenarios of their little reunion and if luck has left his side then there also be a blonde boy with her asking demanding him to come with them.

Sasuke shook his head to get rid of them.

He reached the destination but only meet disappointment when there was no pink-haired girl or any blond. He scowls formed on his face. He was about to turn again but then he heard it.

'Again'

-"SHANAROOO"

He sat on the tree branch of the same tree he landed a while ago, opposite the two genins in front of him. This time observing.

One of them was a girl. 'Probably the girl who spoke those words' Sasuke thought. She had black shoulder-length hair and large onyx eyes, all being accompanied by her pale skin.

Other of the two was a boy. Slightly tanned skin with blue eyes and blonde hair stood upwards in soft spikes. And two whiskers. Everything about him screamed 'Naruto'.

He cringed to himself, 'He's thinking too much, he said to calm down. He focused his chakra to his ears and turned his attention to their conversation.

"Baka Boruto" the girl was frustrated while the boy was giving I don't care expression. "That's the 50th time you missed" she yelled which made Sasuke look towards the targets. One had all shrunken landed on the bullseye while the other had only one while others were laying around on the ground. "Well not everyone has your eyes, ya know" he scoffed as he rolled his eyes [remember this is the time before he met Sasuke, so he's a bit salty. I don't hate Boruto.] "It has nothing to with my eyes," she said with an angry groan. This statement made Sasuke raise an eyebrow. She looked nothing like a Hyuga.

"Well you got the Uchiha blood in you, what do I have. Nothing", "It has nothing to do with my family background".

'What! UCHIHA! BLOODLINE!' He choked on air, letting his guard down.

Soon, he noticed two eyes on him. 'Caught him already' Sasuke tsk-ed as he grabbed a hold of his Kusanagi. Their eyes not leaving him once as he came down of his hiding place in front of them. His eyes narrowed, so as the girl's looking directly at him with a hawk's glare. Kunai held in their hands tightly.

Sasuke could see it on her face she was strategizing a way to get out of this situation. Sasuke was doing the same. He could just simply put on a genjutsu on them but he wanted to see what were their worth. How strong were they?

While the girl was glaring at Sasuke. The other boy came at Sasuke with two clones aiding him with kunai in their hands. Sasuke easily took on the clones, making them disappear in a puff of smoke. Now that finally, the real body came into view. Sasuke activated his Sharingan. Putting a genjutsu on him. His body landing on the ground behind him with a loud thud.

First, observe then attack. This was Sasuke's obvious battle strategy. It appeared the girl did the same. Sasuke almost impressed. Turning his head around back towards her. His eyes were slightly wide with shock.

'Sharighan'

She had the Sharingan.

His own Sharingan activated. He looked towards the girl who too was in a state of shock.

Her grip on the kunai tightened as her feet dug in the ground beneath her, her other hand clenched. Soon the girl observed the state her friend was in.

"Who are you" Sasuke demanded in his usual cold voice.

"Who are you? I should be the one asking you that. With that said she launched herself at him. Her kunai aimed for his neck. Which he dodged with ease. Landing on the branch of the same tree he once hid. She looked up at him. Reaching for her pockets, she took out a smoke bomb, releasing it at Sasuke.

Sasuke moved to a higher branch to avoid the smoke. As soon as he landed he saw a figure of the young girl behind him with another kunai. He reacted with his Kusanagi hitting the girl only to reveal a clone. Soon he met up with a fist in the face from the real body. Before he could react, he fell to another tree branch.

Sasuke groaned in pain. He looked at the girl to see her releasing her companion from the genjutsu. His eyes landed on the girl's back.

'Uchiha Crest'

Sasuke got himself up.

"Who are you"

She turned around as soon as he spoke again. Her eyes, blood-red, narrowed towards Sasuke.

'He wasn't the only Uchiha, Itachi speared another, Konoha had another Uchiha but never told him'

Those were his thoughts. He looked at the girl who was now studying Sasuke from top to bottom like she knew him but couldn't guess who he was, suddenly her eyes widened as she spoke
