(A/N. Eh-hem. Yes, took a while for me to update since instead of using my time to work on chapters, I was watching YouTube and brainstorming ideas for any future videos, along with working on other stories that I have yet to publsih. Sorry. Anyways, hope you enjoy this chapter!)

(3rd POV)

The amount of casualties sustained by many heroes and villains alike is alarming. Many heroes have died or are too injured to continue on with work.

The villains however, may be either sent to Tartarus, or are being sentenced to death for their crimes.

But... there is a special few that won't be going to either of those.

Dabi and Toga (along with Izuku, but he's still at the hospital).

These two aren't per-say, young, Toga is 17, while Dabi... his case is something else.

After running a few blood tests to identify who these two are, Toga's file coming up empty as if she was never supposed to be born. A little investigation going on there to recover the possibly stolen or destroyed files. And Dabi's... well, the shock that came to Endeavour when they found out is something Shoto would have captured and framed it in his room if he wasn't surprised himself.

His result came back as Touya Todoroki. Said to have been deceased since 2138. That was ten years ago since he was supposedly pronounced dead.

Since he had been part of a major hero family, they decided to also put him in a rehab program with Toga. Despite being 23 (or whatever age you're comfortable with).

The information had been leaked, therefore, News reports everywhere practically bashed the villains, and pointedly the number 1 hero for having an offspring turned villain.

The government, had literally demanded that UA took in these two villains for rehabilitation. Starting the program and funding it themselves in hopes for them to leak any info on the remaining league. If the two do indeed change their ways. They'll also have a few less people to worry about, taking out two of the challenges with the League of Villains.

Anyways, Nezu had agreed without any hesitance in his answer. In fact, he was looking forward to starting the first ever 'Villain Rehab' program.

But, his excitement wasn't shared with Toga nor Dabi/Touya, whom promptly denied.

Sitting in their own cells at the police station, having quirk cancelling cuffs on their wrists. They couldn't go anywhere, and the police couldn't really put them in jail either. So, they planned on sending them to UA dorms as soon as the new section of it is built for them. Regardless if they were going into the rehabilitation program of not.

They weren't allowed to wear their own clothing, in case something was hidden in them that might aid in a potential escape. So, just plain white articles of clothing supplied by the station.

Toga rocked back and forth in her chair, nearly toppling over a few times from how hard she kicked it.

Touya just sat there, staring at his scarred hands. His mind... elsewhere. Hoping Izuku wasn't dead.

Eventually, the department had been called, the weird thing is that, it was a parrot on the line.

The dispatcher, in any other circumstance may have hung up, however, cases of birds (most commonly the parrot) have been known to call for help when someone they know or their owner is in danger.
