Continuation from after Hobi's call, Jikook's POV....

Jimin continued to follow Jungkook around the apartment as the taller fetched their duffle bags to pack their belongings. All the while Jimin was asking questions non stop "Jungkook you can't be serious about going to Mount Everest. It's like we have a death wish...going there is basically suicide!!!" Jungkook turned around and sat on the one seater in his bedroom pulling Jimin on his lap, with a sigh he spoke, "Angel we are vampires so the thin air won't affect us and besides we need to know what Taehyung is planning and put an end to this madness. Besides...what better way to test your true potential than going on this trip hmm?"

Jimin still wasn't having it. Don't get him wrong, it's not like he doesn't want to finally know what's going on but the truth is he is scared no...he's terrified. "Kook are you sure that we would get answers from Yoongi? I mean...is he even alive still?", "Of course he is...as far as I know he can never die and yes we will get answers. Somehow I got the feeling that he is waiting for our arrival." With a sigh Jimin gives up and decided to be a bit more positive and supportive of his mate's decisions. "Okay then. How do we even get to the Himalayas?" There was a short pause as Jungkook hadn't really thought about that.

"Weeeeellllllll...honestly I haven't even thought about that hehe....Jimin give him the 'are you serious?' look...But we can check online to see what's the fastest way there and we can do that first thing in the morning since it's late right now" With a nod Jimin stood up and headed towards the shower while Jungkook continued packing, a while later they can be found under the sheets snuggled against each other.

The next morning, very early around 3am, Jungkook woke Jimin up. "Hey, baby it's time to wake up" Jimin rolled over on his left side to look at the time before turning back to Jungkook "Kook it's 3 in the morning!!!", "I know that and we need to get ready if we want to make it to Everest before the weekend so come on sleeping beauty wake up!", "Ughhh! Fine I'm up!" After that both mates got out of bed and showered together. 15 minutes later they can be seen dressing in Jungkook's bedroom after which they will discuss their means of travel.

Jungkook asked Jimin to borrow his laptop as he searched for the quickest and cheapest way to the Himalayas and after a while he spoke "Okay so...we can go by plane, bus, train, ferry, subway or we could just drive there so which do you prefer baby?" Jimin took a while to think "Umm...how about plane? Travelling is quicker by plane" Kook nodded as he set about to book their flight but unfortunately

"Umm Houston we have a problem...", "What is it Private?" Jimin replied with a chuckle. "So according to this, there will be no flights to or from Korea for the next few weeks due to airline maintenance", "Oh wow okay, well try the subway then". Jungkook checked the subway, train, bus and ferry but they were also closed for the next few weeks. "Minnie baby, it looks like we're driving there"

"What?! Why?!" he asked with wide eyes slightly annoyed. "Because the other means of transportation are closed as well". Jimin sat for a few moments allowing the information to fully sink in. "So how long does it take by car?", "Three days from here to Kathmandu", "Three days Kook??", "Yes, we can take turns driving...", "But Kook you don't have a license...", "So? They don't need to know that" Kook said smugly.
