Jimin
Today is the day I capture my prey.
Jeon Jungkook trusts me and I feel bad for doing this, but it's for the greater good. It's for his own good too. As long as he's a good boy, no one will have to get hurt.
I run my fingers through my wig, wanting to take it off already. Being Jayden is hard. I just want to be Jimin again.
"Jayden!" Jungkook says, swaying slightly. He smells of perfume and alcohol.
"Have you been drinking?"
"Just a lil." He pouts. "You're late. I thought you wouldn't come."
Him being drunk may serve to be helpful and I enter the house where there's music in the background.
The male grabs my hand. "I haven't ordered food yet, but we can order together. There's this good Chinese place and—"
"Jungkook," I say, facing him, "do you want to run away with me?"
He's winded by the question, staring at me with big eyes. "What do you mean?"
I watch him as he chews on his lip, his cheeks dusted rose. "You said you wanted to run away. I'm offering you just that."
A shy hand rests on my chest. "How about just for tonight?"
"Sounds perfect."
I pull him along.
"But I need my wallet and phone."
"None of that matters, baby," I say, flirting with him. He's been watching me rather closely from the first time he noticed me and although it's wrong, the fact that he has been growing more and more attracted to me is good. It makes Jungkook easier to control.
The raven melts like soft serve ice cream in the August sun and his face flushes a cherry red. "You called me baby." He giggles, the inebriated male tripping behind me. "Baby, baby, baby Koo."
"Yes, baby Koo."
"Your hands are so small, but your grip is so strong~" Jungkook looks at our hands in awe as I lead the way to my car. "Your hand fits perfectly in mine. We're both from Busan, Korea, but live in Busan, Texas. We met at my birthday party. It's like some greater force is drawing us together." He giggles, swinging our hands like a pendulum. "All this is no coincidence."
I bite my lip. There is a lot to unpack here, so I tread lightly, not wanting him to make a scene. "It's not? What do you think it is?"
"Destiny."
He's such a romantic drunk. It makes me feel bad. The poor kid thinks we're destined and he couldn't be further from the truth. I made all of this happen and he doesn't even know my real name. All Jungkook is is a necessary tool to take down Mayor Kim and the rest of the corrupt untouchables.
We reach my car and Jungkook's big brown eyes somehow widen even further. "Woah, this is a cool car! You're going to let me ride in it?"
I nod, helping him into the passenger's seat. I buckle him in and return to my side of the car and hop in. Once I'm situated, I notice Jungkook looking at me, biting his lip shyly.
"Are you okay?" I ask, starting the car and locking the doors.
He nods silently, rubbing his thighs with the palms of his hands. "Y-Yeah. I'm just really excited and happy." He looks down, his fringe now overshadowing his innocent eyes. "I can't stop thinking about how you called me baby."
"Do you like that?" I flirt, ignoring the pang in my chest.
"I like it a lot, Jayden. I like you a lot. Do you like me a lot?" He pouts.
"You're so drunk, Jungkook."
"Baby."
I chuckle. "Yes. You're so drunk, baby."
He giggles his bubbly laugh, covering his ears with his hands as he looks at the floorboard. "If I'm baby, can you be Daddy?"
Quickly, I double check that none of the crew is listening in because the poor bunny doesn't deserve to be embarrassed. "You don't want me, baby."
"No, I do. I really do." He looks at me once I park the car. "You're all I want."
Exhaling, I turn toward him and he leans close, his hand resting on top of mine.
"Can I kiss you?"
Instead of answering verbally, I press forward and kiss him. He squeezes my hand as his free hand rests gently against my face. Jungkook tastes like alcohol and strawberries and I can feel his hands shake due to nervousness, making the thing I'm about to do much harder.
Slowly, I reach into the hidden compartment on my person and prepare as I run my fingertips over his neck until I find the perfect spot
and tranquilize him.
Author's Note: Poor Kookie. As soon as he lets his guard down and likes someone, they put him to sleep. It's like a reverse sleeping beauty. Do you think he will remember everything? Will he be embarrassed? What will he do when he wakes up? Do you think Jimin really sees him as a tool?
What do you think of the story so far?
Make sure to take care and love yourself as best as you can.
With lots of love,
-BBM
