Munan felt she was being sucked by an powerful force.

When she opened her eyes, the gloomy dark clouds and rain greeted her eyesight.  The rain poured endlessly while her body shivered from coldness. She blinked her eyes in confusion as her mind turned blank.

Her pair of charming phoenix eyes blurred from the water. She suddenly curve her lips into a sweet soft smile that could make the beautiful rainy surrounding pale in comparison.

Death creeped at her conciousness, letting out a sigh in contentment, her very last wish has been fulfilled. She slowly closed her eyes as she felt satisfied.

...

"Your highness it seems that someone wanted to plot you with this girl death. "

"Xu Li, Investigate. "

"Yes,  Your highness. "

The loud footsteps made the young girl's eyebrows knitted while letting out a low growl in pain, her body suddenly froze as flashes of memories was seen playing like a movie in her mind.

There was a small bamboo house surrounded with little wild flowers, she look at the red fiery dress in her hand while wearing a sweet smile.
She was carried from a carriage while she tensed and clutches the little silk handkerchief in her small white hand after that her body felt a deep curling pain that had slowly reached her heart.

That was the time she knew she can't live any longer.

Not minding the marriage tradition, she pulled open her red veil and run to a household. She felt herself smile contentedly, weakly laying at the dirt, she finally fulfilled her last wish.

Unfortunately, she died unjustly.

After a lot of those flashes of memories that flooded to Mu Nan's mind, her eyes abruptly opened as her dark pupil stared blankly at the wide oak ceiling. The solf quilt covered her body as she felt a warm cloth at her forehead. The oak,  medicine and the essence filled the room as it gave out an old smell.

She monotonous sat up while holding her forehead from the pain, it was as though a corpse gaining an ability to move it's body. The white silk curtain surrounded the bed, she slowly lifted it up and come out. The well intricate acient carving filled the every corner of the room,  a bright light iluminated, making the exquisite furnishings to be brightly highlighted.

Mu Nan didn't care all this thing as her dull eyes turned even more lifeless as her gaze perfectly drawn at the small window at this room. The sky already quitened as the dark cloud were devoid of any stars, like how her eyes devoid of any light.

Time went by as the figure finally showed a reaction.

"Ha.. Ha.. Ha.. " A light lit up from her dull pupils as she let out a soft mocking laugh while looking around at her new place.

Is this a part of a Dream? Right?

Right...?

Mu Nan found herself sitting at an acient chair facing the wide bronze mirror. Her mind whirled with thoughts as an unreadable light flash through her blank eyes.

Is this real?

Her phoenix eyes stared right through her soul as the familliar features outlined in the bronze mirror.  Her pupils suddenly turned blood shot as her lips trembled.

She knew every one wants a second life but for her, she only wanted to rest and meet up with her family in the after life. Having seen her love ones getting killed in front of her very own eyes while she helplessly look at them is already the very reason why she had given up from her previous world. It was as though the after shock of her death struck Mu Nan's brains as her eyes turned even more bloodshot.

This was a dream!  Yes a dream!

A flash of her previous memories surge trough her, as she gaze at her face, representing all the deep traumatizing thoughts. She would never forget the soft beauty of her mom,  the sharp eyes of her dad and the very clone of her little sister lan'er and their unforgettable screams in terror.

Her eyes sank even further as her body trembled, filled with remorse to herself, pointing a trembling finger at her very own reflection.

"No this is a dream! You don't deserve to live! "

Letting out a mad scream. Her voice filled with hatred as her eyes held the insanity she long been held within her dead cold heart, she suddenly lifted the bronze mirror and throw it down.

Crash!

In her madness she thought that history will repeat itself as she thought an another bomb will explode, closing her eyes, she awaited her body to shreded into pieces. Unfortunately, it didn't came as the door flung open. Startling her in her fantacy thoughts.

"Ahhh....!!!!!"

The two maids screamed in fright while their faces filled with horror.  Mu Nan felt her soul lost as she didn't even heard the loud clamour infront of her, she slowly bended her knees to get a sharp fragment and stared right trough her reflection.

The two young maids immediately knelt down in fright as they open their mouths pleading.

"Madam don't, you will hurt yourself! "

"Madam drop it!"

The maids body shook as they saw the young lady face, especially her eyes. It was filled with deep longing, a hint of despair and sadness it made them felt stifled as their heart clenched from this scene.

Mu Nan didn't seem to hear the noises as she look longingly at the bronze mirror, as if looking at her own family,  her eyes gradually turned into mockery.

This was just a dream! Her family died infront of her so she had long decided to die with them. She will never accept that after her death, she would found herself into a shit acient world where she can live yet will remember all her depressing thoughts for the rest of her fucking life.

Her silk black hair was wildly ruffled from the wind while her eyes filled with indescribable chilling emotions. She held the mirror tightly within her pale white hand making her palms got cut and a trickle of blood drop at her white robes.

The two maids communicated with their worry eyes as the shorter maid immediately stood up to report to his highness.

I hope it won't be to late.
