What!!

I was sitting on the sidewalk outside of my house, i had nothing to really do. Alex walked up to me and sat next to me "hey meg I got a important question for you" he said biting his lip. I placed my hair behind my ear and said "what is it Alex?" "Well we've been friends for quite some time.." He said. I nodded as a response "so will you be my girlfriend?" We both blushed. "well I don't know, i mean my mom, I'll think about it."
Alex's nervous smile turned to a frown " um.. okay let me know tomorrow" he muttered. He walked away sadly. I walked inside my house. My mom was making dinner the delicious smell of lasagna filled the room. I sat down at the dining table. "Honey, you look down in the dumps?!"
"Alex asked me out, but I didn't know if you would let me date him."
"Hon thats wonderful! Why dont you say yes!"
" Im nervous, tori will kill me!"
My mom shook her head as she placed a plate of lasagna on the table.
"Go for it honey I won't let anyone kill you"

It was dinner time everyone was at the table. My sister Ashley rushed down the stairs "MOMMMM!!! RAINA IS HAVING A PARTY!!!!"
"Okay What time?"
"At her house 7:30 ends at 12:00" she replied
"Okay but be back at 10:00"
She sat down next to me while she texted her boyfriend Andrew. A soft giggle left her mouth. I rolled my eyes "you're just mad andrew didn't date you! I am two years older than you!" she yelled at me
"Am not!"
" I bet Alex didn't ask you out yet"
" Actually he did" I said with a smirk
She rolled her eyes and ate her lasagna.
After dinner i went to my room and put my pjs on. I opened my laptop and went on skype. It was only 7:30 so I figured some people would be on. I wanted to call Alex so I checked to see if he was online. He was! I texted him

I shut my laptop closed and connected it with my charger. I layed on my bed. BEEEEEP BEEEEEP!!! My phone rang. It was violet.
"Hi meg you ok?"
"Yes just im tired"
"Oh sorry I'll let you sleep!"
"Its ok bye"
"Bye Meghan"
