"Hey do you want to head out?" Theodore asked Mallory over the music in the bar. Draco, blaise and Enzo are drinking at the table laughing. Fallon has left, Mallory thinks, she does want to see him but she has a feeling that Theodore doesn't want her to.

Theodore didn't like Fallon, he didn't know if Mallory liked him or was talking to him. He didn't know what they had been through since they are childhood best friends, the things she had told him.

He didn't want to think about Mallory telling everything to fallon, he couldn't. But he has to figure out if there is anything there before he says something.

"Yeah sure." She picked up her bag. They made sure not to drink that much, they both only had a shot each.

As they walked out the transitioning of winter to spring air hit their bodies sending Mallory into a chill pulling her jacket across her arms. "So what do you want to do?" She asked as they walked back up to the castle.

"Follow me." He smiled taking the girls hand and walking up to the astronomy tower and leading her up the stairs. Once they made it up Theodore spoke walking to the edge "Me and the boys used to come up here all the time, they always thought it was some stupid smoke session but I always thought the stars were so beautiful." He breathed as Mallory stood next to him.

"I love them too." She smiled looking over at him as he breathed in.

"So why did you get transferred again?" He asked wanting to know more about the beautiful girl.

"My mum, she always makes me move or do things because she wants me to." Mallory scoffed now thinking about how much she doesn't like her mother.

"I'm sorry, my father is a dick too." He nodded slowly only looking at Mallory but she looked at the sky.

"It's okay, she just always wants what's best for me and sometimes she doesn't think about how I don't want that." She breathed.

"So how long have you been dancing?" He asked trying to change the subject noticing Mallory being uncomfortable. She smiled, She's never really met a person wanting to know about her dancing, they just always say 'you are so talented' and she hates that.

"Well I have been since I was 5, started with contemporary when I got more advanced around 10 and then found ballet." She smiled as he nodded.

"I love it, it's so beautiful, you know my mum used to be a ballerina." He smiled as her mouth dropped open in surprise.

"Really? That's so cool." She stood back now sitting on the floor as he laughed.

"Tired of standing?" He joked stepping back to and laying next to her.

"Yeah," she smiled.

As they kept talking Mallory noticed how easy it was to talk to Theodore and how much she actually liked talking to him alone and not in class in front of everyone. She enjoyed his company.

As they walked back through the corridors and to the slytherin common room Mallory remembered her potions essay she had to write "Shit! Did you do the essay for potions?" She asked as they both walked through the common room not knowing the time, but everyone was asleep.

"No but we could do it together, if you want?" He asked as she nodded in agreement running up to her dorm and grabbing the paper and quill.

As she made her way down Theodore already sat on the couch with a paper in his hands, his finger rested against his temple, thinking. She sat down next to him curling her feet under her legs.

As they worked Theodore couldn't stop starting at Mallory when she looked down to write a sentence of to get more ink. She was like a drug that he had never taken but it was so tempting, so wanting, that all he wanted to do was take it.

Her eyes would flutter up looking at the handsome boy as he smirked at her.

They finished as Mallory stood up saying her goodbyes "Hey mal?" He asked as she turned her head from the stairs.

"Hm?" She asked as Theodore played with his nail.

"You and that guy don't have anything going on do you?" He asked as Mallorys heart started to beat fast as her eyes blinked, she didn't know what to say.

"No, no not at all." She nodded finding words as he let out a breath.

"Okay good- I mean cool um I will see you later then." He sighed as she nodded slowly gripping her books tighter not even understanding why she's about to say this.

"Theodore, you can ask me, I won't say no." She grinned as his head jerked up meeting her eyes.

"Oh um well then Mal would you like to go on a date with me?" He asked walking closer smirking.

"I would love to Theo." She said as her heart bursted, smiling so hard she didn't even know what to do.

"Okay cool, how about Sunday night?" He asked as she nodded looking at him.

"Sounds good, goodnight Theodore." She smiled as he did too.

"Goodnight Mallory." He walked away going back to the boys dorms smirking to himself as Mallory walked up to her dorms almost running into pansy.

"Merlin! Mallory you scared me- you look red? Are you okay?" She asked walking closer as Mallory put a worried look on laughing to herself.

"Yeah I am great, just happy." She smiled as pansy's mouth dropped open.

"Did it finally happen! Did Theodore ask you out?!" She cheered as Mallory quickly out her hand over pansy's mouth leading her into her room. "Tell me it all!" She smiled as Mallory rolled her eyes laughing.

"Okay okay..."
