At that very moment Sebastian walked in with the cake. Ciel put the piece of paper back into the bottle and closed the box. Elizabeth sat down in the seat next to Ciel. Sebastian placed the cake on the table and lit the candle. At that exact moment, the old grandfather clock stroked three. Ciel immediately felt a blade cut through his chest, but instead of checking to see the blade, his hands flew up to his throat. "Ci...." That was all Ciel heard before entering into a deep darkness. When he finally came to, he was not in his mansion. Actually, the more he thought about it, he realized he wasn't even in this world. Everywhere he looked, he seemed to be looking into diamond. But when he checked, there no diamonds anywhere. There was no identifiable light sorce, but he knew his surroundings was a deep blue.
"Oh what a pretty ring! Oh, Lent, look! It matches our eyes perfectly!" Exclaimed a high pitched voice. The location of it was unidentifiable.
"Yes, it does, Milady." Replied a deeper but similar voice. Ciel turned to see if someone fooling around with him, but no one was found.
"You know Lent, things have been hard without you. I missed you so much. I honestly thought for awhile I'ld never see you again. But now, here you are, as my servant and here I am, in your place as the head of the Phantomhive manor. I just don't get it! Why is it that we can never be together, as brother and sister, and be treated equally?!" The higher voice started to cry.
"Milady, I mean, Clarith, it's alright. Don't worry. At least we are together now. Please, Clarith. Please, just smile. That's all I want. Is to see your smile everyday. I don't care what it means for me. All I care about is that you are happy. So please, stop crying, Clarith." The crying stopped. All of a sudden, a bright light appeared out of the darkness and revealed two figures. One was on the floor, wearing a long, elegant dress which, the lap, was drenched with tears. The other figure wore formal white pants with a blue and black jacket and was kneeling next to the first figure. Both had long blonde hair and deep blue eyes. Then the scene changed.
Now the girl was sitting in a garden drinking tea when the boy appeared with some papers.
"Milady, this arrived in the mail today.""Let me see." The girl snatched the papers from the boy and read them. "What?!? How dare he refuse my proposal!!!!" She slammed her fist down on the table....hard. Hard enough that the teacup flew right off and broke.
"Milady, please calm down." The boy started to pick up the mess when the girl grabbed him by the collar and pulled him close.
"Lent, you said that you saw him with a maid. Where?"
"Uh....I..in London, Milady."
"Burn it."
"What?!?"
"I said Burn it!!!! Burn London!!!!" The girl let go and started crying. "Lent, you may leave. But I have an important order. Kill the girl of London who stole my lover's heart."
