Jenli Seul Park (btw:made it up) goes to high school in korea but recently she leaves to go to China due to her fathers job transfer. During their arrival while they rode their taxi to their new home they got into a car crash. Jenli the one to survive saved her father first and was about to save her mother but then their car exploded along with her mothers body in it.
Her father is a workaholic now and abuses her and blames her for her mothers death and she now has bruises all over her body as well as her going to a new high school and she gets bullied by the most popular hot guy , Wu Yi Fan but he is better known and easier to be called Kris.
