3; i'm personally fine with shop-hopping and canceling, so its no big deal if that happens
4; i am a very busy person, with lots of parties to attend and such, so it will take me a few days at most to get to you. please be patient!
5a; for bio delivery, i will send a google doc with the whole bio on there (including my name), and you'll have lots of time before i delete your access to make space for the new customer :) its just what's easiest for me
