𝙳𝙰𝙽𝙳𝙴𝙻𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂 [𝙵𝚁𝙴𝙳 𝚆𝙴𝙰𝚂𝙻𝙴𝚈]

CHAPTER 44-Luna Lovegood and New DADA Professor?

Everyone soon found out it was (Y/N) who pranked Umbridge and soon people didn't look at her with glares and scowls on their faces or called her 'delusional' for saying Lord Voldemort has risen to power again. Many started to see her as they did when they met her a reckless and amazing prankster who did things her way, many have come up to her and apologized by what they said about her but like she said, she didn't forgive them she just said it was whatever and kept moving. Professors also found out about this and McGonagall told Umbridge she was going to write to Lupin about her behavior and give her a big 'talking too' which never happened.

Although (Y/N) was consider a hero for standing up to Umbridge it also led for the young girl to serve detention for two months straight. It also caused for (Y/N) for the words permanently stay on her hand, expect the word were no longer 'I must not tell lies and respect my superiours' but were now 'I will respect Dolores Umbridge'  which caused (Y/N) to almost gag having to have her name on her hand now. The twins and Lee soon found out how Umbridge detentions led to it took everything from everyone to calm them down. 

(Y/N) kept her promise to Ron and Angelina and helped him train over the past weeks, he was getting better as he was now able to save around ten goals making both Ron and (Y/N) happy. Currently (Y/N) and Harry were walking down the hill towards Hagrid's hut.

"When do you think Hagrid is coming back?" Harry asked (Y/N). 

"Honestly, he was supposed to come back a month ago." (Y/N) said, Harry turn to look at her.

"What do you mean?" (Y/N) sighed as she rubbed over her scar. 

"The Order send Hagrid to secret mission to recruit some people. I didn't get much detail but that's all I know, he was supposed to be back a while ago." (Y/N) said.

"And you're saying this now!" Harry snapped.

"Well I'm sorry that I don't have time to talk about Order stuff, my mind isn't doing really good with everything going on Harry!" (Y/N) snapped back as they were walking to the Forbidden Forest.

Harry sighed and shook his head as he looked around were they were walking and noticed more of those horse things around, (Y/N) saw them as well and kept walking until she noticed a certain blonde with waist length hair. The cousins kept walking until they were now both on each side of Luna Lovegood as she was feeding them.

"Hello Harry Potter and (Y/N) Black" Luna greeted as she glanced at both of them. (Y/N) gave the girl a smile as Harry nodded.

"You're feet aren't they cold?" Harry asked. Luna looked down and wiggled her toes before answering, "A bit. Unfortunately all my shoes have mysteriously disappeared."

(Y/N) looked at her and nodded as she looked back at the creatures. "I suspect nargles are behind it." she told them. (Y/N) looked at her amused and looked down as she smiled.

"What are they?" Harry asked as they looked at them.

"Thestrals," Luna replied. They both nodded. "They're quite gentle, really, but people avoid them because they're a bit--."

"Different." (Y/N) spoke softly as Luna looked at her and nodded. As she started to walk towards another group, the cousins following her. "How come the night we came back no else saw them but me, my brother and Harry?" 

"They can only been seen by people who've seen death." Luna replied. (Y/N) nodded and was thinking to herself. 'I killed two kids how come I couldn't see it before'.

"So you've known someone who's died them?" Harry asked. 

"My mum" she said with a nod, "She was quite an extraordinary witch, but she did like to experiment. One day, one of her spells when badly wrong."
