Tears fell from your eyes when you see him, your husband Cheol, texting his other woman and exchanging sweet words again. You bit your lips to stop yourself from making any noise. You don't want to get caught.
Seungcheol look at your direction so you pretended that you we're sleeping. He hide his phone under his pillow. He hug you and kissed you on your forehead as a goodnight kiss.
Your heart sunk because even though, you know that he's cheating, you can't confront him because you're scared, scared of being away from cheol. You love him so much after all.
“Do you want to go outside? Let's eat. I want to bond with my Y/N.” He said as hold your hand with a sweet smile on his lips.
Yeah, this is one of the reason why you can't let go of him.
“Of cours–” Cheol let go of your and his attention diverted to his phone when it suddenly ring.
You're staring at him while he's holding his phone and he's chuckling. You were completely ignored.
“Sorry, Y/N. My boss wants me to go to the company right now to fix something. Maybe we can go outside together next time. I promise, I will make it up to you next time. Gotta go!” He said in excitement.
You're about to kiss him on his cheeks when he suddenly left without waiting for your reply.
It hurts. It hurts that you're not the reason of his smile and excitement anymore.
It's already 1:00 a.m and Cheol haven't come back yet. You're worried, not because he might be in danger but because he might not come back to you.
You stood up when you heard the door opened. It was Cheol and he's drunk.
“Y/N, my wife!” He said and then hugs you.
“Cheol, you're back! Why are you drunk?” You asked. You pulled away from your hug but Cheol pulled your waist and hug you again.
“Y/N, you know that I love you, right?” He asked all of a sudden, hugging you.
You stopped when you heard him. It's as if it's the first time that you heard it from him. Your heart suddenly beat so fast. Not the beat that your heart truly wants.
“You're drunk, Cheol.” You said and tried to escape from his arms but Cheol didn't budge. He put his chin on your shoulder and close his eyes.
“Y/N, I love you. I don't want to lose you.” Cheol said. His hold on your waist tighten.
You clenched your fist as your tears fell from your eyes again. You want to ask him.
'Then why? Why are you hurting me?'
But you can't because you have no strength to say that to him. You love him after all.
“I love you too, Cheol.” You whispered and your tears fell non-stop. You're hurting so much.
“But... I love her too.” He said and then he fell asleep on your shoulder.
Your knees weakened and that made you fell on the ground with him. You close your eyes as your tears fell from your eyes. Your sobs and cries echoed inside your house.
It's hurt. It's hurt to heard it from him. Why does he have to tell you how he feel?
It's getting louder and louder, not your sobs or cry but the sound of your heart shattering into pieces like a broken glass.
