Harry was freaking out. Why would Louis volunteer to chaperone a bunch of drama kids on a camping trip? Unless...no that was not it. Why the hell did he offer to share his tent with him? It was a small tent. They would fit but they would have to lay close to each other. Maybe he should just buy a new tent? No, they were expensive. Oh God, what if he snored or farted in his sleep? That would be really embarrassing. Maybe he should just call the whole thing off? He couldn't do that. The kids were really looking forward to it and so did he. It was just for one night. He could survive that.

Two weeks went by fast. Harry was busy with the musical and Louis with coaching the football team. All five of them ate lunch together most days. Louis really liked his new co-workers. They were a lot of fun to be around and Harry seemed to defrost more and more, being himself around him and he really, really liked how sweet and goofy he was. He was looking forward to the camping trip. Signing up for it was one of his best ideas in a long time.

Harry had been talking to all the parents of the children that were attending the camping trip to make sure that they could go and find out if they had camping equipment or not. He knew that not everyone could afford it and he made sure to pair the students who didn't own a tent with the students who did, reassuring the parents that they didn't have to buy tents and sleeping bags specifically for the trip. Especially single mums were very grateful.

He filled Louis in on his little project during lunch one day and Louis smiled at him.
"That's wonderful Harry! I'm so happy that you thought of that. I grew up with me mum and a lot of siblings. Money was tight sometimes and I wouldn't have been able to go on a camping trip back in high school if I had to bring my own stuff and I know how awkward that can make you feel when you just want to fit in."

"I didn't know that. How many siblings do you have?" Harry asked.

"Six! Five sisters and one brother. Two sets of twins. I'm the oldest." Louis said with a fond smile.

"Wow. I only have one sister. She's older than me." Harry informed and returned the smile.

It was the day before the big trip. Harry had gotten a store to sponsor them with hamburgers, candy, sodas, and breakfast items. He could really charm anyone when he wanted to.
"So what can I do to help out?" Louis asked.

"Can you drive a school bus?" Harry said jokingly. He hadn't really figured out how he was gonna transport the twenty students that were going camping.

"Actually I can! Got the license and all." Louis grinned proudly.

Harry's mouth fell open.
"Really?"

"Yeah, I worked as a bus driver to get myself through Uni." Louis smiled.

"That's perfect! That solves the transportation. I just have to clear it with the principal. I hope we can borrow one of the busses." Harry said excitedly and scrambled to his feet.

"Now?" Louis laughed.

"The trip is tomorrow! Yes, now! I'll find you later." Harry said and hurried off.

Louis just shook his head in amusement and continued to eat his lunch. He loved how compassionate Harry was. On Thursdays, it was just him and Harry for lunch. The rest of the guys were teaching their classes. Thursday's had quickly become his favorite day of the week, even if he enjoyed having lunch with the great of the boys as well. But on Thursday's he got to talk to Harry alone and they had such great conversations. Harry had started to open up and confide in him, telling him about his hopes and dreams. It was wonderful.

He finished lunch and went back to the gym to start a new class. Gymnastics was on the schedule and he walked around the different stations to make sure everything was running smoothly. A half-hour into teaching Harry came into the gym and waved at him. He walked over.
"We have a bus! We leave tomorrow at one as decided." Harry said excitedly.

"Great!" Louis replied with a smile. Harry was so cute.

"I'm not gonna disturb your class. I just wanted to tell you that everything is taken care of now. You just have to show up." Harry said.

"I think I'll manage that." Louis winked before he turned around to continue his gym class.

Harry went back to the music room to teach his next class.

Niall had managed them all to go to Nandos after they left the school for the day and they all say down in a booth and made their orders.
"I can't for my life figure out why you love chicken so much." Liam said to Niall.

"It's delicious and don't pretend that you think otherwise." Niall answered and pointed a finger at Liam who shrugged his shoulders in response. Niall gasped.

The rest of them ignored the bickering. Zayn turned to talk to Louis and Harry.
"So, big day tomorrow guys."

Niall and Liam stopped arguing about chicken and turned their attention to the other conversation happening instead. Harry twisted uncomfortably in his seat but Louis answered.
"Yeah, I hope the kids will have a great time. Harry has gone beyond to make sure that they will have a wonderful trip."

Harry blushed from the compliment.
"Not really."

"Yes, really. Don't sell yourself short. Harry here has made sure that all the kids that don't have camping supplies can sleep in the same tent with someone who has. He talked to all the parents. He also got a grocery store to donate food and made sure that we have one of the school busses to our disposal." Louis bragged and Harry's cheeks turned even redder.

"That's great Harry. Good job!" Liam said and Zayn and Niall nodded their heads in agreement.

"Thanks." Harry beamed.

"Have fun you two." Niall smirked.

Louis wanted to smack him in the head. Could he be more obvious?
