„Shit!!!"
Louis doesn't know what happened, the one second his soccer ball was in his hand, the next on the other side of what used to be the principal's window. Now there's only a pile of shattered glass.
By the time he has finished that thought, an angry looking old man is sticking his bald head out of the former window.
„Tomlinson! In my office! Now! This was one too many, I'll see for you to get thrown out of this school!"
Louis swallows hardly and slowly makes his way to the office, fighting the urge to climb through the remains of the window.
As soon as he reaches the office, he can feel the anger of the principal on himself. He sits down in front of the massive wooden desk and lets his head sink to his chest.
Last time he sat in this office, he got in trouble for pulling his teammate's pants down in front of the whole stadium, the angry little principal made a call home and informed his mother.
After a short talk that mainly consisted of the principal shouting at Louis and Louis sitting in silence, it was clear that Louis wouldn't be allowed to stay at this school.
His mother got informed and they agreed to pick Louis up and find a new school.
Arriving home after a tense 20 minute drive home, his mother sent him to his room to think about his actions.
Louis swears he doesn't know what happened, he was waiting for his friend Zayn to leave the building. His mother doesn't want to hear any of his ‚excuses' and starts ignoring him.
The next day, Johannah, his mother, wakes him early to visit a border school located three and a half hours from his hometown Cheshire.
He unwillingly gets up and follows his mum to the car.
He messages Zayn on the drive, informing him about what happened yesterday.
Lou the avocado: mate guess what
Zayneeee 🎀🩰: what
Zayneeee 🎀🩰: piss off im sleepingLou the avocado: they expelled me and I'm on my way to look at a border school.
Zayneeee🎀🩰: the Red face actually expelled you this time? Wow...
Lou the avocado: did I mention the border school is three and a half hours away
Zayneeee🎀🩰: no you didn't bro it's five in the morning I'll message you when I'm awake
At this point, Louis got told off by his mother for being on his phone and not talking to her.
Louis still couldn't believe she was actually following the principal's recommendation to send him to a border school.
After a loooong drive, they finally get out of the car and are being welcomed by an older lady waiting for them.
"Welcome at Princess Park, a safe and welcoming environment for all."
She Leads them into the main building and proposes to show them around the school.
The buildings are old, serious looking stone constructions. The insides, however, look very inviting and comfortable.
They enter the community rooms, and Louis is instantly reminded of the Harry Potter common rooms. Comfortable armchairs are standing around the room, fires lighting up the room.
Even though Louis is determined to make his own and everyone's life hell at this school, even he has to say that it doesn't look thaaat awful.
He turns around himself, now facing a big set of double stairs, leading into the second floor of the property.
The principal of Princess Park explains, that these stairs lead up to the boys dorms, the girls rooms are the opposite direction.
She then continues her tour throughout the (very luxurious) cafeteria and the not so bad indoor pools.
After another twenty minutes of walking around the premises and visiting the soccer fields, Louis establishes thatched new home doesn't seem to be unpleasant, more like an expensive hotel.
Of course he doesn't let his mother or the headteacher know, they deserve not knowing what he thinks after making him move away from his teammates and Zayn.
They return to the office of the school and discuss multiple different documents that have to be signed before Louis will be able to attend the school.
Having agreed on meeting again in two weeks to welcome Louis to his new home, they shake each others hands and Louis climbs into the car.
When they arrive home, Louis has mixed emotions, sadness and excitement at the same time.
The two weeks break pass in what feels like a heartbeat, before Louis knows he is back on his way to Princess Park. This time with two massive suitcases in the tiny boot.
The long drive also passes very quickly, Louis mostly staring out of the window and thinking about his future life.
Soon he won't be able to see his mother anymore, or at least in between the different holidays and long weekends.
He also won't be able to hang out with Zayn anymore, even though he plans to return to Cheshire as soon as possible.
They arrive at Princess Park and Hand Louis' luggage over to the two elderly men waiting at the parking lot.
As soon as the lady from last time sees them, she hurries towards them and embraces Louis is a firm hug, like he was her long lost son.
At first he stood there still and stiff, he obviously definitely didn't like this school, but then slowly loosened up.
He said goodbye to his mum, a tear in the corner of his eye, and followed the principal into the building.
She let him know that it was now time to meet his roommates, which was new information to Louis. He didn't know he would have roommates!
He figured he didn't have a choice though and followed the principal up the stairs to the boy's dorms.
