"Bye guys! See you tomorrow," I smile waving off the group.

"Hey Louis? Did you hear?" I turn to my left to see one of the many people in the club. He looks nice, with his big glasses and billions of text books in hand.

"No, what did I not hear?" I ask raising my eyebrows and crossing my arms over my chest.

"We're getting a new student! I wonder what they'll be like," he pushes his glasses up his nose with a crooked smile.

"Really?" I ask placing a hand against his back pushing him slowly out the door.

"Yeah, they'll be here by tomorrow." He smiles walking down the hallway of the now dark school.

"That's good, and be safe." I smile waving my hand up in the air knowing he can't see my polite movements. I walk back into the wonderful room and see Niall has fallen asleep on one of the bean bags laid on the ground.

"Niall, wake up," I chuckle kicking his thigh. He jumps awake and sits up tiredly.

"Jeez Lou," he rubs at his thigh dramatically.

"Oh be quiet." I sit at a desk that I had placed in here and write down the name of the boy who beat Justin. I have to make sure to take it to the office in the morning.

"Hey Niall?" I ask packing the small piece of paper in my heavy bag.

"What?" Niall stands to his feet and picks up his bag abruptly.

"That kid was talking about a new student? Did you know about that?" I ask as we walk out together. Before he replies I stick the key in the door and lock it to keep it safe from harm.

"Yeah, everyone knows about the new kid. Someone says he's coming tomorrow or something." Niall shrugs as we both walk through the dark silent halls of the school.

"Why didn't I know?" I whine as Niall opens the school doors for me.

"You were probably to busy to notice," Niall imitates my voice as we both make it to his car. I've not yet received my drivers license, but I've received my permit. I just never really had the time. I'm 17 at the moment, pitiful, right? I'm a young one in the class of seniors. I should have my license at this point. But I got Niall to be my chauffeur for the time being, and I'm very happy with it.

"Whatever, just take me home." I cross my arms over my chest as Niall starts the engine by turning the key in the ignition.

"Alright sassy pants," he mumbles before pulling out.

"Thanks Niall!" I yell, giving him a wave as I make it up onto my porch.

"No problem Louis poo!" He calls backing out of my driveway.

"Don't call me that!" I wave my fist stiffly in the air as I open my homes door and slam it behind me.

"Louis!" I turn to see my two little twin sisters running in my direction. It's not soon until they're attacking my legs with hugs.

"Ugh, guys get off!" I groan trying to walk with them hanging off my legs. The struggle is certainly real.

"Mum!" I holler stepping in the kitchen with the two little weights on my legs. My mum turns around and gives me a big smile.

"Oh girls, get off your brother," she shoos. They both giggle in sync then let go and run off.

"How was school?" She asks giving me a kiss to my cheek. I smile and walk over to the soup she's cooking.

"It was great..." I take in the aroma of the soup to guess the type of meal.

"Chicken noodle soup?" I ask leaning against the marble counter top knowing I made the correct guess.

"Correct, but don't touch. You know what happened the last time." She takes the ladle into her hand and stirs the hot liquid.

"Ugh, mum don't remind me of that!" I groan covering my face with both of my hands. The embarrassing memory flows to my mind of the time I caught boiling water on fire.

"I will always remind you sweetie." She laughs and grabs some spices from the lazy mary. I never knew why they called it the "lazy mary." Weird name.

There is silence in the kitchen, the only noise being heard is the clinking of the ladle hitting the edges of the pot.

"Honey someone is moving in one of the houses in the neighborhood, did you happen to notice?" She asks mixing the spices into the soup.

"No," I shrug pushing myself from the counter to reach into one of the cabinets to obtain a glass.

"Well... I came home today and there was a movers truck in one of the drive ways," she explains still focusing on the soup.

"Oh, well people are saying that there is going to be a new student. Don't ask me how they found out," I chuckle filling my glass with ice and water. I place my lips to the edge of the clear glass to take a sip.

"Maybe it's the new student. Who knows?" She giggles under her breathe as she grabs 4 bowls from one of the top cabinets. I shrug and sit down at the dining room table.

"Eh, maybe." I wait for my mother to bring my bowl, as I hear Phoebe and Daisy race down the stairs to eat dinner.

"Mummy, mummy!" Phoebe and Daisy both call out.

"What? What?" My mother mimics as she sets my bowl in front of me. I ignore the nonsense the two twins blab about as I eat my soup in peace. My mind then goes off into school work, is there any I need to finish? Nah. I need to remember to turn in the note about Mason Neil though.

Oh! I forgot, I need a new prescription for my contacts.

"Mum," my mother ends her conversation with the girls and looks my way.

"Mhm?" She takes a spoon full of her perfectly made soup and sips it straight off the spoon.

"Can you pick up my prescription for my contacts?" I ask chewing on my noodles and chicken with a bit of vegetables.

"Oh sweetie, it's late. And I'm going to be really busy tomorrow. I won't be able to pick it up until, maybe next week," she says in pity. I hang my head low, and bite the inside of my cheek.

"It's ok, I can just ask Niall to take me. Can I borrow some money?" I ask sipping the extra liquid that lays in my bowl.

"Yeah, just remind me in the morning, I'll get it to you then," she nods completing her soup. I look up to the twins who have had a party with their food. It lays all in their hair as they giggle to one another.

"Wh- oh girls," my mother turns taking in the sight. Well this is my time to fly.

"I'm gonna go upstairs, thanks for the food mum!" I drop my dish into the sink and race up the stairs.

"Lou-" my name gets cut off by the slam of my door. I sigh as I flop onto my bed and look up to my ceiling.

Nothing to do... Ok.

I stand to my feet again and sit at my desk with the big mirror in front of it. I take my contacts out and place my glasses on the bridge of my nose. I observe my appearance not quite enjoying what I see.

I walk over to my closet grabbing a pair of sweatpants and a white t-shirt. I slip them on and then get into my covers grabbing my latest book off my night stand. Then I enjoy the night with reading.
