THIRD PERSONS POV 𖣔Obelian Empire

It was a miracle to say that the Emperor has joined todays meeting as he mostly ignores it and goes on with his day.

As much as he is seen as a wise, capable and a powerful Emperor, he was a little...apathetic of course no one talks about if or they value their life too much but, when an Imperial cabinet speaks about issues regarding aristocrats, he lets them solve it on their own but, in his supervision. He mostly stays expressionless or bored when he does attend. So, it was a surprise that he came when the issues needed to be talked about can be solved on their own....except for a certain news that is.

"Blessings and Glory upon the Sun of the Obelian empire" The council stands and greets the emperor, bowing their heads.

Claude only holds up a hand, signaling for them to continue what they were talking about, an aide bringing his chair back for him to sit on.

When the emperor finally settled is when the Duke of Renhart continued his discussion "As to continue as to where I've left off- the southern and northern borders are continually being monitored by chosen mages-" The dukes words blurred out as his lengthy, repetitive discussion have started yet, again that Claude was considering only letting him speak when he says so.

Claude sighs, loud enough for everyone to hear, the back of his hand supporting his head, showing a bored look, that the Duke had to stop speaking "You've said this in the last meeting and I've read all the reports about it- Does anyone have anything else to say or did I just waste my time coming here?"

The nobles looked at each other, unsure. Duke Alpheus mouth formed into a thin line, watching as everything unravel.

A viscount raised his hand, causing everyone to look at him and for Duke Renhart to raise a brow at him. Claude removed his hand from his face, straightening his posture, waited for the man to speak out

"Your highness, we've received news from a Holy Knight in the East- A Saintess as I've heard has appeared in the Holy Nation and is now under their protection-But, I'm afraid their Saintess has some sort of dark magic" Of course by now, the news of a Saintess that has appeared in the Holy Nation has approached everyone's ear as news travels fast especially with spy's planted by the kingdom in each places they've conquered

But, the powers of the Saintess has just now been revealed causing others to gasp and discuss among themselves, loudly saying their worries. Claude's head was starting to ache as the noise has grown louder, of course he knows about the Saintess, he mostly never takes notice of the Holy Nation as their source of Power has been easily taken by him and he was nowhere religious but his interest piqued when a spy told him about the said saintess and went on about her beauty and was utterly useless when the spy couldn't even tell him where she appeared.

'I wonder.......is she really that breathtaking?" He first thought. He couldn't even focus on his thoughts and was about to let everyone out when another hand shot up.

"Your highness- Your excellencies the said Saintess powers are not Black Magic but, Dark Magic . Black Magic is a sprout of evil While, Dark Magic just like how Light Magic represents the sun, it represents the moon, it isn't evil but it isn't entirely good as Dark magic is also given by the Gods"

An array of relieved sighs rung through out the court room as someone from the mages council had spoken up about the difference of the components of black and dark magic. "But- isn't dark magic a little inappropriate for someone who'll serve the Holy Temple? Wouldn't a priestess with pure  magic be more suffice?" Another viscount asks. There are others who are still unsure of the situation, others who see the Holy Temple as a threat and others who sees the Holy Temple as a mere ant

"That's enough gentlemen-I don't care about  what the Holy Nation does but, if they ever become a threat to this empire- I myself will burn all of them on the ground" The emperor  spoke with finality, still his expressionless face remained but, his eyes held his promise with such assurément that no one else dared to speak "Now If we have nothing else to discuss- This meeting is hereby dismissed."

The cabinet bowed at the leaving figure of the emperor, leaving to their perspective places. Only one remains who quietly stared at where the emperor sat.

LIBERTIAS POV ᯽HOLY TEMPLE

Looking at the peaceful scenery around me, I quietly sipped my favorite tea 'Lemon Tea with honey' honestly it was quite unknown as much as I didn't expect for it to be not common in this world as it was common in mine that I drank it back in my original world almost everyday.

I mean imagine the shock I had when a servant told me they didn't know how to make it. So, I taught them how to make one.

Yes, I know how to make tea because everyone in my original world
hated my gut so much that I'd get poisoned at least twice a week. Although it hurts a lot that I start spewing blood, I didn't die because my powers neutralizes the poison in my body.

"Is it to your liking?" I asked the Pole who was infront of me, accepting his offer to drink tea in the Temples gardens to comfortably talk about what was really going on.

"It's very unique" He says bringing the teacup to his mouth, taking a sip. "But, I like it a lot -You're very good at making tea your highness" He adds giving me a smile in which  he did not receive back

He cleared his throat and continued to explain why he knew about my powers through the Gods given gifts until the revelation of the Obelian empires Emperor held possession of the "Emerald of Jinn" which is the main power source of the Holy Temple and is used to summon ancient Gods and in which the emperor gifted to his sister.

"Wait- Sister?" I asked looking at him with furrowed brows. I have never read this part of the novel before.

When she was walking on earth to look over her sister into finally asking her to take over her body she has once seen her sister read a book called "Who made me a Princess" that's why she recognized where she was immediately. The novel honestly hit a little to close to home that she started crying, only finishing half of the book. She swore she wanted to at least punch the father in the face for his incompetence. No parent should ever put their own insecurities on their child. No one should ever have gone through what she has gone through.

No child should feel that way, not even her.

Pope Remier raised a brow at her question, seemingly assuming she was only curious about who ruled this place.

"Yes, the one who holds most power here is the The sun of the Obelian Empire, Emperor Claude de alger Obelia and his sister Crown Princess Athanasia de alger Obelia"
