"I named her Lily." Jennie proudly said as she showed Lisa the pictures of the dog that Jennie adopted back in Busan. Lisa looked at the picture and frowned.
"Why did you name her after me? She's not even that badass looking." Lisa responded causing the feline eyed girl to roll her eyes.
"Isn't she cute, Liz?"
Lisa let out a loud sigh, she shook her head as she watched the adorable face that the feline eyed girl is sporting.
"I miss her." Jennie added, and Lisa saw the change of emotions in Jennie's eyes.
She felt bad knowing that the dog had died few months ago because it was very sick when Jennie found it. Despite being a vet, Jennie could not save the dog. Must be pretty disappointing for Jennie.
"Could we adopt a dog, Liz?" Jennie said as she looked up to Lisa.
Boy, she knew this is coming.
"Baby, you're pretty much petting every dog you see in the neighborhood even though I told you not to be so friendly with strangers especially that Chaeyoung and the girls isn't here anymore." Lisa complained. Jennie pouted her lips and looked away, she knew Lisa was right.
"I'm not talking to every stranger I see." Jennie argued. The silver-brown haired girl raises an eyebrow.
"Yeah, you don't. You talk to every stranger you see with pets." Lisa sarcastically replied. She had caught the feline eyed girl interacting with every people that she sees with pet. Lisa then just realized that having Chaeyoung and the girls around isn't really a bad thing.
They are there to look after Jennie when she's at work. And they are there to stop Jennie from being a ray of sunshine and rainbows to every stranger that tries to talk to the brunette.
And, almost every animal is adorable for Jennie.
"You know what, if you hate the idea of adopting animals. Its fine, Liz. Really." Jennie retorted, not wanting another argument with the taller girl. Tables had really turned.
Lisa smirked as she stirred and peck on her girlfriend's lips.
"I've been cuddling you all day, isn't that enough?" Lisa said with a mocking tone. Jennie rolled her eyes with a small smile.
"I love you." Jennie said out of the blue. Lisa still gets surprised whenever Jennie would let the 'L' word slip out almost every time. She smiled at the brunette.
"I know. But still, I'm not letting you turn my house into an animal shelter." Lisa mocked, before the feline eyed girl could say a word, she leaned in and pressed her lips against Jennie. Causing the two of them to smile in the kiss.
Lisa thought that since they were alone now, there would be no distractions. But of course, her cousin Bambam is still around. Her phone rang, making the tow of them to pull away. Lisa felt bad since she promised Jennie that when she's off from work, they would spend time together. No distractions. Lisa should point it out to her cousin.
"Whiskey." Lisa answered her phone.
–"Hey Ppeu, I already did what you asked of me. I'll send you the details and copy."
Lisa glanced at Jennie who is currently snuggling onto her side.
"Good. Thanks Bam. That's pretty fast." Lisa answered and before she could hear her cousin talk about being the best sidekick, she ended the call quickly. Jennie then moved her head and looked at the taller girl.
"What did he say?" She asked, curiously. Lisa just shook her head with a smile as she stirred to face the feline eyed girl more.
"What do you say we drop the idea of adopting a pet and we create a human baby for you to take care of?" Lisa teased, making Jennie blush at the thought.
