       Y/N was never special.

     no matter how hard she tried from keeping up with trends even trends she didn't like.

She never was good at presenting herself and her emotions.

The only time she presented such emotions was when her "online boyfriend" was a 50-year-old man and the only way she found out was when all of her nudes were in some weird porn site for minors

she was 15

she's now 19

She'd stop following trends after a while realizing

she just didn't care anymore

She was easiest the prettiest from her whole campus however no one could ever tell.

from the hoodies, she'd always wear that covered her face

pulling back her unkept hair all she'd see was the ugly eye bags under her eyes

she'd only pick out the flaws she never had.

She'd blame it on the boys who picked on her every day back in elementary

little did she know they'd only pick on her because they secretly thought she was pretty and boys being boys they'd covered up with bullying her.

The only thing keeping her sane was honestly was her sketchbook and her sketchbook only

Y/N was in the back of the classroom  scribbling away in her notebook not paying attention to any of the background notices around her

from the professor's marker squeaking from being pushed against the whiteboard

To whispers from classmate to classmate

she hated it she felt as if everything and everyone was paying attention to every little movement she was making.

But in reality, no one paid attention to the girl in the hoodie

she blended with everything like a background character

At first, she hated it but now accepted it as the years went by

she tried and tried from getting piercings hoping someone would stop her in the hallway telling her they loved her earrings or even better  popping a question where she got it done

little did anyone know she did them herself in the bathroom with a needle and ice cube. She was desperate

she wanted to fit in but no matter how much she tried she would always be the background character

and she was ok with that

For now, she'd sketch away and ignore the world which was moving forwards

because she was scared of the future

the future she didn't want to reach
