Chapter 39

I ended up eating a bowl of fruit but I didn't sit down to eat with him. Instead I sat back down near the fireplace. I sat there eating my food and watching the fire dance around. The whole entire time I could feel his eyes on me.

I go to grab another piece of fruit but now the bowl is empty. I look over at Matteo to see him looking at me. He hasn't touched much of his food. "can I go?."

Matteo get up from his seat and leans on his desk, "yeah let me show you to your room."

"No, I meant I want to leave." I was already very snappy.

"No." Matteo barked.

I get up. "Watch me." I start walking out infuriate with him.

Matteo grabs my shoulder and slams me to the wall. I push him off of me. "I said no!, and DONT even try anything. Remember you have no wand and I won't be hesitant to have one of them kill you." He said breathing very heavily, his nostrils flared.

He grabs my arm and drags me out into the hallways, we go up the stairs. I fight him along the way to get out of his grip. But that didn't work out so well once he pushed me in front of him and made me walk on my own.

We turn the corner and he opens the first door. I stood there showing him that I wouldn't go in. "Don't make me push you in there." I look forward and walk inside.

The room is big too big for myself. It has a balcony and a fireplace. The room has a bookshelf and underneath is a collection of unopened bottles. I look at the night stand and see a box of blunts. I'm starting to think this is his room and not mine. "I'm going to keep an eye on you so we'll be sharing rooms." He said while closing the door behind him.

I turn around, "there's no way I'm sleeping in the same bed as you." I rather sleep on the floor or out in the balcony than to share a bed with him.

Matteo smirks, "I'm flattered princess but who ever said about sharing a bed." He walk over to the other side of the room and opens a sliding door. At first I thought it was a closet but it turns out to be another room.

Thought this door doesn't have a room to get out, so the only way to get out of my room is through those sliding doors that connects to his. I turn around and close the sliding doors in front of his face. "Goodnight princess!." His voice is a bit muffled but it was loud enough for me to hear.

I groan and see that I also have a balcony which is great. I walk out in the cold crispy air but then a sudden hit of weed hits my nose. I look over to see Matteo smoking. He smiles and waves at me.

"Just my fuckin luck." I muttered and walk back inside my room.

I go through a drawer and see that they are all empty. I don't get how he thought of everything expect my clothes. I walk back out the balcony, "I need clothes."

Matteo sighs annoyed for interrupting his smoking session. "Just sleep like that."

"I need something comfortable to sleep." I said hoping he would get the idea that I won't stop bugging until he can at least give me something I want.

"Just sleep naked." He said while bringing the blunt to his lips.

I feel my face get hot but not because of him telling me to sleep naked. But because I'm starting to get pretty mad with him. I walk back inside and close the door of the balcony behind me.

I turn off all the lights and walk inside the bathroom to brush my teeth. I take off my clothes and just stay in my bra and panties. I turn off the bathroom lights and walk over to the bed.

I crawl into the cover and start to think that if Matteo doesn't let me go, I'm going to have to escape somehow. But I just don't even know where I am to begin with. I just hope that the trio managed to escape. To finding the rest of the horxues and destroy them. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
