That night was fine in the Goodmare Village, but in the Nightmare herd it was everything but fine. Because the to be leader, Night Killer, had turned on them. None of the Nightmares knew what to do.
That day in the Goodmare Village everyone was talking about all the noise the Nightmares were making that Night. Everyone knew that all the sound they heard, might be a warning to a large hunt the Nightmares might have. And no one in the Goodmare Village was ready for a massacre to come their way.
