I heard my alarm go off for me to wake up. That's when I remembered that today I would be starting Hogwarts in my sixth year. I was so excited to be finally going to Hogwarts rather than Beauxbatons with all the stuck up French girls who all think there so amazing. As I got dressed and did my hair.

I picked up my trunks and my owl called Otto. He was a snowy owl and I have had him since I first found I am magical. I made my way downstairs and smelt fresh pancakes for breakfast.
Once everyone had eaten me and Hermione put our stuff in the car and got in as we all drove to king cross station. As we neared I got even more excited. Once we finally arrived we all got out and me and Hermione both got our stuff on the trolleys our parents got us.
Once we were on platform 9 3/4 we said goodbye to our parents and boarded the train. Yes I would miss them but I was so excited to go to Hogwarts for the first time. I followed hermoine as she tried to find her friends.
She finally found them just as the train started moving we all introduced ourselves and started chatting when suddenly these to cute ginger twins came into our carriage as soon as they came in .I realised that these were Ron's twin brothers he was talking about and damn they were cute.
As the journey carried on I found out that me and the twins had much in common we loved quidditch and pranks and were both in the same year. I was glad to find out that I had some friends in my year. As the train ride went on and nerves that I had disappeared and I knew that I would enjoy Hogwarts much more than I enjoyed beauxbatons.
Skip a few hours - at hogsmeade
As the train came to a top at hogsmeade station I looked out to see the small village light up with lights. It looks amazing.
As we got off the train Hagrid ( Hermoine has introduced me to him when we went to diagonal ally) waved me over and told me that Dumbledore said that I can go in the carriages to Hogwarts with my sister and that when I get there I can sit with her. Then Dumbledore will call me up after all the first years had been sorted to get sorted myself.
Once I said goodbye to Hagrid I made my way over to the carriage that my sister and her friends, my new friends, in.
Skip to when we get to Hogwarts
As the carriage stopped as we arrived at the doors of the Hogwarts I suddenly felt small looking up at he giant doors as they towered over me. They suddenly opened up as we all walked in and placed our luggage down and headed into the great hall to sit down and wait for the first years to come in and get sorted.
Skip to when all the first years have been sorted ( sorry about all the skipping )
After the last first year was sorted Dumbledore called me up to get sorted after he introduced me. I sat down and the sorting hat was placed on my hat. As soon as it was it suddenly shouted out GRYIFFINDOR! I guess I'm in Gryffindor then but I'm happy about this as this is the house that I've always wanted to be in.
Suddenly, there is a big bang as the great halls open abruptly as a man with a fake eye and scars across his face. As he sits down Dumbledore introduces him as our new defence against the dark arts. I then realised that he is the most famous auror ever and half the cells in Azkaban are full because of him.
After that Dumbledore announced that this year Hogwarts would be hosting the triwizard tournament and that you had to be 17 or older to enter. Luckily my birthday wasn't until the 13th febuary so I didn't have to worry about being guilt tripped into entering as yes it sounded fun and you got a lot of money from winning but I had heard many people had died in the previous tournaments held and I didn't want to take that risk. The twins on the other had were livid but Dumbledore hadn't finished yet he finally announced that the other two schools taking part where beauxbatons and durmstrang. I internally groaned when I heard that I would have to see all the french snobs again. The only ones I do like was fluer and Gabrielle delacour and I hope that they would be coming.
Skip to after the feast
After the feast we all went back to the common room after I met my roommates Katie bell and Angeline Johnson I put all my clothes and stuff away. We all sat on the extra bed that we had in our dorm room and discussed everything from boys we had dated to quidditch to lessons turns out Hogwarts lessons ,like Mione described and Katie and Angelina, were a lot better then my lessons at Beauxbatons. After we talked and got to know each other we all said goodnight and went to sleep. I remember thinking just before I went to myself that I was gonna enjoy it here at my new school and I had made friends and possibly a crush on a certain redhead prankster twin called Fred.
