I woke up as Katie was jumping on my bed and Angeline was whacking me with a pillow while they were both screaming "WAKE UP!!!". I then screamed at them to get off of me or else and in seconds they were both out the door. I laughed to myself as I got dressed and did my hair. (You know what her uniform looks like)

In the great hall
I sat down next to Hermione and Fred as I looked at all the delicious food I finally ended up making myself a full English breakfast and got a cup of coffee hoping it would wake me up.
As professor McGonagall handed out the timetables I groaned when I saw we had professor Snape double today but at least we had flying lessons today.
Suddenly a random boy sat in front of us and started to talk to Fred and George about quidditch try-outs when he looked over and saw me. He introduced himself as Oliver wood (I know Oliver would have left school by now but I wanted him and Emily to meet sooo..) I introduced myself as Emily granger and then he said that I was the one Professor McGonagall was talking about and how I was the best chaser at Beauxbatons and was a reserve chaser on one of the French quidditch teams. He also said that I automatically got a spot on the Gryffindor quidditch teams as chaser if I wanted it. I wasn't sure but once I found out that Katie and Angelina where the other chasers I automatically said yes. I was so excited. As the owls all flew in I spotted Otto with a letter on his foot. Once he landed he let me letter then flew off presumably to the owlery. The letter was from professor McGonagall it had the quidditch timetable for practise inside it. I smiled as I realised that I would be able to play quidditch again and use my firebolt. I also saw that I had another letter but decided that I would open it later as I placed it into my satchel.

I sat at my desk with the twins on either side of me as I tried not to fall asleep listening to his droning voice. I felt someone shaking me as i realised that I had fallen asleep and I just caught snape saying for our next lesson we would be making amortenia and I panicked as if i got called up to say what I smelt, fred would figure out that I have a huge crush on him and it would ruin our friendship. Suddenly, i snapped out of my daze and realised that everyone had left except us four (eg: fred, george and lee). I packed up all my stuff and walked out to go to the great hall as every house during the school day had to go but they dint tell us why. I was just hoping we were not gonna get told off as that would suck on the first proper day back and everyone was already getting told off. When we got there a giant vinal player was in the middle with filch trying to work out how to play it. As I knew how to work it ,as im a muggle, I went over to help him as the high pitch sounds it was emitting was hurting my ears and i was not going to sit down and listen to that the whole time we were told how to dance(even though I got taught at beaxbuatons). I had figured it out now as the vinyl player playes music used fro dancing and we were told to bring or get dress robes. I had seen the one ron got delivered earlier from his mum and no way was i gonna wear anything like that but no way was i gonna where a dress. dresses are horrible pieces of clothing that should not exist (in my opinion). As I thought about it i could wear an all in one.
I sat next to hermione and asked if there were any dress shops in hogsmeade and she told me there was but there was one problem I did not know if they sold all in ones so i asked her and thankfully she said yes. We all laughed at how awkward ron was when proffesor McGonnagall asked him to put his hand on her hip. She told us all to get and all the girls except me stood and none of the boys did. She turned around to see me still sat down and told me that I did not have to dance if i did not want to as she knew I had already been taught at beauxbatons. I was thankful that I did not have to dance as I wanted to suprise everybody on how good I am at dancing at the yule ball, at least thats what proffesor McGonagall said it was called and I think I had either read it somewhere or had heard it. So I just watched as everyone except mione struggled as I had taught her some tricks after I came back from the holidays. I loved it. All the boys were stepping on the girls poor toes and the girls where standing on the boys toes. I looked out of the corner of my eye and saw Proffesor McGonagall rolling her eyes while I tried to stifle my giggles at how stupid they all looked.
skip to dinner
Dumbledore told us that beaxuxbatons and durmstrang would be arriving soon. Just as he said that the great halls door opened and in walked the beauxbatons students using there veela powers like usual. It was soooo annoying but then I saw Fluer and Gabrielle and I smiled I also saw that Madam Maxime had taken over as headmistress and I was happy as she actually liked me and found my pranks amusing and did not particualry like the old headmistress but no one really did she was horrible. After they had finished there performance they sat and down and fluer and gabrielle saw me and waved. I obvioulsy waved back and then there was a sudden big bang. As I looked over to the great hall doors I realised it was durmstrang walking in banging their sticks like a load of idiots. I saw viktor krum as I had heard ron fangirling over him and waved back but also that he winked at Mione(like oh my goodness!!!). Me and her sat there laughing as Ron stared at me in utter confusion and awwe on how I knew Viktor Krum. I then proceeded to tell them that I knew him through quiditch as I played on one of frenchs team and we played against his team and we won(obviously!!).
After dinner
After we had finished eating and dumbledore had explained everything about the tri-wizard tournament we all went up to our common rooms but everyone was too tired too tak so we all went to bed. I walked up the girls stairway and into my room, i changed into my pjamas. Before i turned my lamp off i said goofnight to Katie and Angeline and turned off my light. Seconds later i was falling asleep. I was exhausted it had been a busy first day.
