*the next day*

to say jisung was nervous when he got to the college was an understatement. it was way bigger than he thought, and literally looked like an expensive office bulding.

"don't be nervous ji. it looks overwhelming but it's not bad i promise." felix said, pressing a kiss to his temple. jisung found himself calming down at felix's words and his action, softly blushing after.

if it wasn't noticeable already, felix and hyunjin were whipped for jisung. they were so whipped that they were willing to be in a poly relationship. although they didn't necessarily like each other, they were okay with jisung dating the both of them.

they wanted to ask jisung, but they were scared. they didn't wanna lose jisung as such a close friend just because their feelings got in the way.

the two shared a knowing look, slight fear being evident in their eyes. they knew they were gonna have to ask jisung soon, because they can't hold back much longer. "soooo where do i go for my schedule and dorm room?" jisung asked, snapping the other two out of their thoughts.

"oh, you go to my uncle's office. we can take you." hyunjin offered, only for jisung to politely decline. "i know it's my first day but i'm not bad with directions. plus i wanna explore." jisung said, excitement evident in his eyes, making them sparkle more than they already did.

and who were hyunjin and felix to say no. "alright. but if you get lost, call us okay?" hyunjin said, felix nodding in agreement. "okay!! i will!!" jisung said, pulling the two into a big hug before pulling away and walking into the building.

"he's gonna get lost." felix said with a slight chuckle. "ah well, he'll learn to accept the help next time then." hyunjin said, joining felix in slightly laughing.

10 minutes later

okay. jisung was officially lost. he didn't think finding the principal's office would be so hard but he should've expected it, he's in college, not in highschool. he was about to just give up until someone approached him.

"hey...um are you perhaps lost?" the brunette said, making jisung shyly smile. "um yeah. i-it's my first day and i was looking for the headmaster's office but i somehow ended up here." jisung said, making the other chuckle.

"you do realize that the headmaster's office is on the other side of campus right?" he said, making jisung's eyes widen in complete shock, causing the brunette to laugh at jisung's reaction.

"it's okay. i was like this on my first day too. want me to walk you?" he asked, making jisung nod. "alright cutie let's go." he said, making jisung flush. what is with people calling him cute? did he really look so attractive to other people?

his face turned a darker shade of red as he thought about it. "what ya thinking about?" chan asked. "o-oh nothing. it's just that my two best friends call me cute a lot, b-but i didn't expect you to say it." jisung said, the second part of his sentence slightly quieter than the rest.

the way jisung was acting was making chan's stomach turn, he was just so cute and pure. he was the most adorable thing. "you're so adorable." chan said absent-mindedly. jisung hid his face with his free hand, his other occupied as he dragged his suitcase behind him.

"t-thank you..." he said quietly. "what's your name?" chan asked. "jisung. han jisung." the squirrel responded, giving chan a shy smile. "and you?" jisung asked. "bang chan." he said, giving his hand out for jisung to shake it, the boy shyly doing so.

after about 20 more minutes of walking and talking and the two boys were finally in front of the headmaster's door. "here we are. thankfully the dorms are only like a seven minute walk from here. so you won't have to walk much further." chan said, giving jisung one of his dimple smiles and the younger swears his heart skipped a beat.

'he's really really beautiful.' jisung thought to himself. chan bid the younger a goodbye, about to walk away before jisung lightly grabbed his sleeve, the brunette turning around from the slight tug. "c-could you stay here...please?" jisung asked nervously, causing chan to smile again. "of course i can. i'll just wait out here yeah?" chan said, making jisung nod.

"o-okay. thank you." he said before walking into the headmasters office, his face in comparison to a tomato.

as soon as he walked in, he was met with hyunjin's uncle at his desk, sorting through and writing on papers as well as typing on his computer. jisung cleared his throat slightly, causing the older male to look up, smiling as he did.

"well hello jisung! i've been waiting for you!" he said as he stood up, walking over and hugging the boy. "hi mr. hwang! i'm sorry i came so late i got a little lost." jisung said shyly. "it's okay ji. it's a big school. you're here for your schedule and dorm room correct?" mr. hwang asked, going back to his desk and sitting down.

jisung walked closer to the desk, nodding his head. "i was hoping i could be put in room 325 with felix and hyunjin." jisung said, his eyes sparkling with excitement at the thought of it. the older man sighed, looking for jisung's papers that provided his information.

once he finally found them, he gave them to jisung, a saddened look on his face. "i tried ji, i really did, but the board wouldn't let me room three people together. i'm sorry, i know how close you three are." mr. hwang said, watching as jisung looked over the papers, his smile dropping.

"well, thank you for trying mr. hwang, i appreciate it." he said sadly, causing the older male to get up and hug jisung, ruffling his hair after.

"if you wanna talk you know i'm here right?" mr.hwang said, looking down at the young squirrel.

jisung simply nodded, hugging mr. hwang back. the younger eventually pulled away, giving the other a small smile. "i'll get going now. i have someone waiting for me and i have to break the news to felix and hyunjin." jisung said, bidding mr. hwang goodbye, walking out of the office.

"hey how'd it- woah are you okay?" chan questioned as he witnessed jisung walk out with tears beginning to leave his eyes.. "i couldn't get roomed with my friends." jisung said, a sniffle being heard after his sentence.

chan took jisung's face in his hands, wiping away the tears with his thumb. "hey, it's okay. they must be super close to you for you to get like this but don't worry. you have classes with them right?" chan asked, jisung nodding in response.

"then you'll still get to see them, and if anything you can hang out with them or even go over to their dorm when you're bored. no reason to cry baby. can you give me a big pretty smile?" chan said, caressing jisung's face and speaking as softly as he could to calm the younger.

he softly smiled happily as he watched jisung give him a slight smile, putting his hand's on top of chan's.
