So I have a question that's been bothering me and I want yalls opinion. Note the latest chapter I've read was 307 so idk if this has been answered or not but with Deku leaving in 306 everyone is calling him a Vigilante and the reason I'm bringing that up is the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc (Chapters 98-121/Episodes 51-61)
There was an entire arc about Deku and his class getting there Provisional Hero License so we know he can legally use his quirk in battle without consequences like in the Stain fight.
Now let me finally get to the point here; is deku really a Vigilante if he has his license? I know its not a full on license but it's good enough right? He's not going against the law like a villain to stop other villains he just left the Hero school he was attending.
This is a genuine question, I mean I'm all for Vigilante deku I'm just wondering if it makes any sense (if I make any sense that is)
