Niall's pov

"what are you talking about?" Dad gasked from the now open door frame.

"You heard him Dad. You heard exactly what he had to say." Lizzy spoke up.

"Niall, is it because you feel like I don't spend enough guy time with you? Is that it? Because I can make so much more time for you especially since we're moving closer to work." He was obviously trying to get me to change my mind but it wasn't going to work.

"Dad, it's not anyone's fault. It's not even anything to blame on anyone because it's not a negative thing." I answered.

"Fine, as long as your really sure about it I trust your judgement especially since Lizzy's on your side for this." he responded.

"Thank you Daddy!" I ran over to him and hugged him tight.

"okay, well what would you like to be called? Do you want to stick with Niall or would you rather something else?" mum asked.

"how about just Ni?" Liza asked and I nodded.

"Callie! Greg! Come here please!" mum shouted and they quickly came in.

"what's up?" Greg asked.

"This is important so listen up." She was cut off by Callie, "Niall wants to act and dress like a girl and wants to be treated like one too. I get it, it's okay and I know because I was spying.... again" she giggled.

I laughed and said, "Thanks for understanding Callie." I hugged her and she smiled.

"well, everybody realizes that we better do some shopping for Nillina cause she's gonna need a whole new wardrobe!" Greg exclaimed. I smiled at the fact that Greg referenced to me as 'she'.

"Nillina?" Liza asked while giggling.

"Yea, she's gonna need a different name than Niall!" He teased.

"I like the name Niall though!" Callie protested.

"how about this! we let Niall decide." mum solved the yelling match.

"uh, how about this we tell everyone in Holme Chapel my name is Niall and we'll let the nicknames go from there." I offered an everyone nodded.

"that's good cause I guess Niall could be a girl or a boys name." Liza offered.

"alright let's go get packing!" mum spoke as she ushered us out of her room.
