"Is she okay?"

Ponk nodded, "She's fine. Thank god that Tubbo found her when he did."

---

She was laid down on the couch, a scar across the top of her left hand. Blood soaking her shirt. Wilbur holding her hand gently in his.

---

  "What happened?" Fundy asked.

"We're not sure. What we do know is that she was attacked. Burned and scared. I think whoever did this saw Tubbo coming, and he didn't have enough time." Ponk explained.

--

Wilbur just looked at Niki with saddened eyes. He lifted her hand gently and kissed on her scar. He swore to himself then and there, he wouldn't let her go. Never.

"Wil..?"

The brunette looked up and saw Niki's eyes open slowly. He sighed of relief and kneeled down closer to her.

"I'm right here, Niki. I'm not going anywhere. Do you remember what happened?" Wilbur asked gently.

"I- I remember a m- man.." she stuttered, "I- I couldn't s- see his face.. i- it was covered.." she sat up gently, Wilbur helping her up.

--

Niki sighed as she walked along the shoreline. The washing of the lake waves calmed her down.

The drama had gotten to her, and she just needed time to clear her head and take care of herself. That's all she wanted.

She watched the sun disappear, the cool night breeze running through her hair. Warm memories of when her and Wilbur used to come down here made her smile.

Crunch.

The female snapped out of her nostalgia, she looked up slightly at the trees behind her.

"Hello?" She called out.

Nothing. Just silence. Eerie silence.

Growing uncomfortable, Niki grabbed her stuff.  She slipped on Wilbur's grey trenchcoat, and her spare iron sword. She began to go back to L'manberg.

Crunch. Crunch.

She began to pick up pace, before she began to run as fast as she could. She looked behind her to see the illumination of a enchanted netherite sword behind her.

Snap.

Niki grunts as she tripped over a rock, she felt her knee crack, but she didn't care at all. She got up and tried to run, only to have arms wrap around her.

"LET ME GO!" She cried out.

Dream grunts, annoyed that she was fighting back. He then slashed her right across her arm, throwing her to the ground.

Niki let out a cry of pain, her eyes filled with tears as she tried to crawl away. That's when she was grabbed by the back of the coat and slashed across her side.

The female began to feel light-headed due to the loss of blood. She got up and ran, nonetheless. That's when she hit the floor of the prime path.

Dream stood over her and raised his sword.

"Goodbye N-"

"Tubbo! Wait up!" Ranboo's voice echoed.

"You can't catch me, Ranboo!"

Dream cursed to himself, he splashed himself with an invisibility potion before running back in the thicket.

Tubbo jogged, and that's when he stopped. "Holy shit, Niki!' he rushed to the girl's aid.

"Ranboo! It's Niki! Get help! She's bleeding!"

----

"That's all I can remember.." Niki took a sip of water that Ponk had gotten her. "I never knew who the other person was."

Fundy leaned against the wall. He remembered that Dream had to go out, and that time code was the same amount of time that could be used to attack Niki.

Was he that wrong about him?

----

"Fundy? Hey what-"

"We need to talk, where have you been?" Fundy asked, "No bullshit, I know damn well you weren't with Techno."

"What the hell? I was with Techno. I don't know why you think I wouldn't be." Dream stated, "What is this about?"

"You tell me. You're the one who attacked Niki, right?" Fundy asked. "You weren't there with anyone else. I just went to Techno's not too long ago, and you weren't there. Dad had no memory of it."

"Are you fucking serious? I didn't fucking attack Niki." Dream snapped, his mask snapping in half slightly.

"Then where the hell have you been for the last couple days?" Fundy snapped back.

"I told you, I had things to-"

"Enough with the GODDAMN EXCUSES!"

Fundy couldn't describe what had happened, but when he came back to what happened, Dream was on the ground, his eye bruised.

The fox looked at his hand in fear, and back at the blonde who slowly got back up.

"D- Dream, I'm s- sorry-"

Dream growled and pinned Fundy down, "I killed them for you, I killed them FOR YOU!" He giggled, "They threatened to take you away from me, and now, they can't anymore."

The fox began to panic. Sam was right, everything was a lie. A goddamned lie.

"Sam was right, if I had just.."

"-Sam would've died either way." Dream smirked widely. "The bastard didn't deserve to live."

Fundy struggled in Dream's arms. "Let me go."

"Oh n- no no no.." Dream laughed, "I'm never letting you go, you're mine. You'll always be mine, my little fox." He pressed his lips against Fundy's.

The fox pulled out his sword and slashed Dream across the arm. The blonde letting out a grunt of pain.

Fundy quickly ran as fast as he possibly could. Only to have Dream's arms around him, the fox struggled as much as he could.

Dream held a sword to Fundy's throat, it was then that the fox stopped moving.

"Good boy.." Dream whispered, "You won't leave, and we won't ever be apart, again."
