Back at Ego's headquarters.
Karasu was willing to do anything his Boss asked him to.
"There's this casino.. The Royal Panda, ever heard of it son?"
Ego looked up at him, darkness filled in his eyes.
"No sir."
"Well,"
Ego lifted up his glass, pouring in some whiskey.
"I want you to take Reo Mikage with you, to the casino."
"But sir, isn't team z after them?"
Karasu questioned, thinking bringing Reo would lead them right into the other gang's trap.
"Ah, but you see."
"This will be the start of... the Blue Lock Project."
Meanwhile, with Team Z.
Chigiri and Y/N are waiting for their target at the casino.
"Barou, are you damn sure they're here."
Chigiri spoke into his earpiece.
"Yes I'm damned sure, now if you excuse me. I have shit to do."
"Wai-"
With that, the earpiece disconnected from Barou.
"That little shit."
Y/N rolled her eyes, but she lit up once she found the tables filled with customers gambling.
"Since we're here.. why don't we play?"
Chigiri smirked at the idea and agreed.
"Fine, babygirl."
A couples of drinks and games, the both became fully wasted.
"Y/N.. we have to find the-"
Chigiri looked around, no longer able to find the girl.
"Y/N!?" He yelled.
BANG.
The sound of a gunshot could be heard, along with thousands screaming.
Chigiri looked down to the ground, puddles of blood.
What the fuck was going on?
"You must be the bastard who wanted to kill me."
There she was.
Y/N, with a bloody arm and gun to the head. The holder? No one other than the purple haired rival from the other side.
"You let her go now!"
Chigiri fumed, his fists tightening at every second.
"Make me."
Before Chigiri could take another step, there was this dark presence holding him back.
"W-w-what.."
Turning around, he was met with another rival.
"Karasu's the name, you must be.. Chigiri hm."
Naruhaya rushed into Isagi's office. His face as pale as snow.
"BOSS! BOSS!"
Isagi rested his arm on the chair rest, feeling tired.
"Boss... they were KIDNAPPED."
That was it, that was the last straw.
Nothing angered him more than losing, he always got what he wanted. Yet this time?
Oh no, his two best members, kidnapped.
"Nya-haha, sticky situation huh?" Bachira popped into the office.
"Get the fuck out Bachira, this isn't the time to be joking around."
Bachira however, began laughing uncontrollablely.
Watching Isagi this fired up amused him.
"Joking around?"
He slammed his fist on the desk, looking at his boss dead in the eye.
"Why don't you take shit seriously, and stop sending losers to top fucking mafias Isagi. Are you stupid in the fucking head?"
Naruhaya broke the two up, still quivering in fear.
"P-Please! The both of you, stop it!"
Bachira backed off, putting both his hands in the pockets of his coat.
"Wait till I tell your father, Isagi. I wonder how he'll react."
"You wouldn't dare." Isagi looked more than pissed.
"Oh I will, and I might take your spot as boss too."
