Just Us Two Forever

Chapter 8

Sorry for the late update had writers block and I've had a terrible vacay over winter :/ hope you guys had a better one! :) leave me a comment about what you got or wanted or just say hi :) this chapter is dedicated to TheStrippedPrincess :D big shout out to Dani! :)

*Over and Out*

Harry approached the scene with great force. Anger clear and prominent on his face, clenched jaw, eyes burning with fire embedded with rage. His fists were trembling at his side, knuckles red and white and his nails digging into his palm. His outer composition was just a ball of rage approaching Allie and the man. All he could see was the man he targeted and he planned on removing him from the beautiful sight that's Allie.

He removed the man and told him, "Get off her and stay away or else you won't remain in one piece. Get through me before you hurt her, you blasted plonker"! He then proceeded to knock him down with tremendous force, and he landed in his back with Harry's foot keeping him down. Harry took him by surprise so the man therefore can't get up. Allie had called the police by now and they were on there say to the scene. Lux wasn't forgotten however. Harry used the little sense he had during his fury and left lux with a nice lady who volunteered to watch over the beautiful toddler. Allie went to get her and Harry secured his grip on the wretched tramp. The police arrived shortly and Harry couldn't help but hear, "old man McGraw's at it again, ain't he"? He therefore concluded he must of been this McGraw person. Harry managed to control his anger at this point and went to see lux and Allie. He was quite grateful Lux didn't see his angry side. When he arrived, he saw lux and Allie smiling and gurgling with laughter. He then spotted the girl, she was so....captivating. She had long wavy brown hair and side swept bangs, her eyes fitted with glasses, a beautiful smile, and what caught his attention was her light tinkling laugh. He politely said, "Ello lovely, what's your name"? He aquired her name was Dani. She was a tad younger than him and she worked at the store. She spoke up, "my breaks in a few minutes if you guys want to get to know me better we can have lunch together if its ok"? The trio looked around the store and then Dani called them and they left for lunch. The all decided to visit a nearby store which happened to be a random deli. They were all content with eating sandwiches so they stepped into the store. Allie took out a bottle and fed Lux while Harry got the orders. Dani, lux, and Allie were left alone at the table. Allie noticed Dani staring off into space with a look in her eye she couldn't quite decipher. She decided to approach the thought. "Do you wanna talk about it dani"? She just replied with, "it's nothing don't worry about it." There was a bit of a silence until Allie spoke up. "I want to know you a bit better Dani. Start by telling me some of your favorite hobbies and shows and stuff." Dani listed, " I like playing video games and I'm an extreme gamer. Some of my favorite games include Zelda and Pokemon." Harry walked towards the table almost immediately after she finished speaking and distributed the sandwiches. They all ate a bite from the sandwich, and then lux started to whine. Allie got up and consoled lux once more and when she came back she noticed eyes on her. She started feeling fear build in her. She had extremely bad self consciousness and this situation didn't help her at all. She started drumming her fingers when Harry intwined his long slender ones and assured her. "They don't know about the baby not being ours. Let em judge us love. Let them be. It's just you and me." She felt better but still felt a voice nagging, "it's cause your horrid to look at". Dani finished her lunch and decided to break the news. "Guys today I'm quoting my job. I'm going to do better things instead of selling and advertising toys. So I'm moving. Hope to see you guys around but this is probably it. Goodbye and thanks for being nice to me while you were here."

And with that goodbye and a few hugs, she stepped out the deli and whisked away into the crowded streets of manhattan.
