Blue Hearts Explanation

The Blue Hearts

In the story "Blood and War" we find out that Zienna is a blue heart, in another story "Blue Hearts; Rylins story." It is revealed what blue hearts are.

I thought I'd go in a bit more depth here explaining what they are more and what Blue hearts mean.

Blue hearts are created with a sacrifice, the first one was known as a man by the name of Jonathan Obera. He was used as a sacrifice to a different devil known as Rasham. (Not true as far as I know now.) His heart was twisted and beat backwards bringing his genes to change and magic to corrupt him.

Their skin turns a bluish grey and cold, like cold hands cold. Getting warm gets uncomfortable sometimes only in Winter will they ever enjoy it truthfully. They can enjoy it any other times but mainly during Winter so their bodies don't freeze from the inside out.

Rylin was found in the morgue and cut open at one point knowing she could feel people poking and prodding inside of her body. They can feel pain but pain as in getting cut open is like a scrape you can brush off. The most terrible pain they can feel is if they're heart beats the right way, which I call Clockwise since their hearts beat in counterclockwise.

They can age but mainly whenever their bodies wish to stop ageing, they can be stuck that way for a while but can age suddenly again as if someone starting a machine.

They can feel death and can act dead but can mainly act alive just like in the final destination, they don't get to cheat their way and kill themselves just yet since death is in order, so they can hang themselves but still flail around and live until death comes for them.

They are cold and with that comes my favorite thing in the world.... DETAILS!!!!!

So in the story with Rylin I quote "immortal, cheating life and death, with lips blue as the deep sea and fingertips icy as Antarctica. Deep blue showy veins littered her body and how she would hide them was mainly with makeup and jackets."

Their eyes give them away as well with having the pupils white instead of black, that is to show their immortality rate. The way that they are having a heart spasm is when their eyes flicker to black and they sweat profusley.

They all have blue lips sometimes darker colored, hands and bodies become ice cold even reaching such low temperatures like snow, veins are always present within the blue hearts always showing up as if they were walking corpses.

With injuries especially huge ones they take a toll on the body as well. If they get a major head injury say someone blew off half of their face with a shotgun, they become slow, not as focused, and even unresponsive to many things. They may still remember things like a family or a goal but they become even more lifeless by the time that happens. Broken limbs or bones can never be restored fully since they are dead and can no longer heal as if they were alive.

Like in Blood and war Zienna wears chakras to cover the multiple bullet holes in her fore head either for power or aesthetic as she says sooner or later in the story it's for both.

Children in the blue hearts are different as well. They are either born to monsters, humans, or other blue hearts. Humans are a bit more difficult for it's painful to let a dead child go and to understand the blue heart's motives and lifestyle.

They are born as deceased, almost as miscarriages at first, the human may not understand and wish to bury them which will make their minds not understand anything and continue to grow underground which will make them turn into a forest corpse.

I'll talk more about Forest corpses more in a moment.

Usually the blue heart parents need to leave the lover behind if they wish to abandon or bury the child. They raise them and the deed is done. Usually they develop powers and magic very young.

Forest corpses like I had mentioned are discarded blue heart children that the blue heart either leaves behind or has no say in if the child is buried, usually if a blue heart leaves behind the child they are taken and tortured for leaving a member behind.

Forest corpses develop underground either a man or woman but no knowledge of what they are, they stumble around for the rest of their lives continuously aging for years. They are covered in numerous botanical flowers such as thick ivy, weeds, flowers, and mushrooms. They are like the swamp thing in some ways mixed with how poison ivy looks.

How a blue heart is in extreme pain either from dying, or being tortured back to being a human (Which they can't now after multiple generations being born, they would turn to dust and ash with few bones left other than their teeth.) would be that their eyes will go completely black along with the whites of them indicating something going wrong in the body, even worse is when their hearts are so used to going counter clockwise turn into the wrong direction and go clockwise.

It's like a heart attack in a way which can pain them to the point of turning into dust or spasm out and have death like seizures. They will feel true pain instead of feeling cut into which is like a scratch. The true pain will knock the wind right out of them and make them suffer.

How they attack and harm people is a different story, they do so with centuries, decades, years worth of plague and sickness. How winifred steals souls from the children in hocus pocus is the same kind of thing blue hearts do, but the opposite
They let the sickness come out of themselves either by their hands or mouth letting it fester it's way into people.

The blue heart turns a sick color when so much has consumed them and when they let it out they turn a more grayish color but still not as sick coloring.

I just wanted to explain the Blue hearts and write out what I was thinking of the lore and help you all understand them and the other characters and situations of my stories
