You floated through the rest of the time with Dabi and Toga, when they left the word LOVE kept reappearing in your mind over and over again. 'What if she really loves me, but why, why me'. "This is really fucking confusing!"you yell and flop on the couch.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE? As you pondered your phone dinged. You picked it up and looked at it, it was from Mirko. Your heart rate picked up and you instantly got nervous. You put your phone face down and didn't answered no matter how many time it rang, you where to scared to face her or your feelings.

You didn't realize that you had fallen asleep until you woken up by a knock on your front door, you thought you were dreaming so you went back to sleep, until another and louder knock came to the door. You got up from the couch and walked to the door, turning the knob you were still sleep hazed and couldn't even comprehend what you where doing. When y you fully opened the door a worried Mirko was in front of you. "Oh my gosh you are ok!" she said wrapping though in a hug. "Rumi, I am ok, why are you here?" "Umm you didn't answer any of my text or phone calls asking you if you were ok after breakfast because I noticed you looked a little off."
"Rumi really I'm fine." "Ok well can I come in?" You hesitated, "umm yeah sure" she walks and and you close the door, "so how was your day?" You choked out, "fine... are you sure your ok you look a little worried or pissed I can't really tell". "I-" you take a deep breath to regain your composure. "Rumi, do you like me?" 'That was a stupid ass question.' "Well of course Y/n why else would I be around you so much." 'I don't fucking know you could be trying to take me in I have no idea!' "I guess I meant to ask if you are in love with me!?" You blurted out.
The room fell silent for a moment, it was an uncomfortable silence. "Y/n why are you asking me this all the sudden?" "Rumi just answer the question, I need to know!" "Ok calm down Y/n...... Yes I am in love with you."
It was like your head exploded, you weren't ready for this, you didn't deserve this. "No!" "What do you mean No?" "I mean no you can't love me, it won't work Rumi, me and you aren't supposed to be together!" You ball your fist. "Who the hell cares what is supposed to happen, I love you and I know you love me" "NO!" "No what, you don't love me?" You don't answer the question.
"Rumi I don't think we should see each other any more." "Y/n don't do this, don't push me away! Whatever it is I'm here to help you through it." She grabbed your hand but you quickly pulled back. "Rumi, you know this won't work you just won't admit it, I am a kill, I've killed thousands who's to say you won't be next." "You don't mean that. 'I don't,' "yes I do, if someone were to order a hit on you I'd see no reason not to take it out." "Y/n you don't mean this, your just pushing me away because your scared, Please!" "No Rumi you need to leave, and we can't see each other any more". You look down trying to hold back your tears. "Fine if that's what you want then I'll go" Mirko stands and walks to the door, she looks back at you trying to see if there was any sign of a please stay I don't know what I'm talking about, but when you did t turn to meet her gaze she left.
The door slammed shut.
