I walked down a corridor with hyunjin before arriving to the end door.

I was making a mental note of the layout of the house so that I would be able to think of a way out.

I needed to escape here before jyp got angry at me. I also couldn't let my dad get suspicious for being gone so long. I couldn't be held captive by these boys any longer.

"here you go" hyunjin said, smiling lightly, as he opened the door "come down in half an hour"

I thanked him and walked inside.

it was a pretty empty room, nothing special, not that I had expected anything else.

it had a bed in the middle of the room with a bedside table.

on the opposite wall of the bed was a big window with a desk pushed up underneath it.

there was also a door on the left hand side of the bed.

I opened the door to reveal a small but very nice bathroom. It had a double shower, toilet and sink.

although I wanted to escape desperately, it wasn't actually too bad.

I decided to take a quick shower as I was still in my fighting clothes and I probably needed one anyways.

after my shower I threw my gym clothes back on as there was nothing else to wear. it didn't feel appropriate or make me comfortable wearing just a sports bra and shorts around a bunch of boys but I guess that's what I get for stupidly taking off my hoodie last night.

It had been about 30 minutes now so I decided to leave the room. As I walked back down the corridor I noticed that the other rooms were empty of people. They must all already be downstairs. Just as I was about to have a quick snoop around in some of their bedrooms, someone came from behind me.

"oh uh we are having dinner now so you should probably come downstairs" jeongin said awkwardly.

"oh! right, yeah" I said, slightly surprised by his sudden appearance.

I followed jeongin downstairs where everyone else was seated, already talking and laughing.

jeongin sat down next to hyunjin and felix and joined in their conversation.

I stood awkwardly at the door frame.

"come sit down then" one of them said to me.

all of them turned to me and I immediately went red.

I shuffled over to the spare seat next to chan and sat down.

everyone then continued talking and eating except for chan.

I sat there very awkwardly, staring at my food.

"eat" chan whispered to me.

"hm?" I said, turning to him.

"you need to eat" he replied.

"oh I'm not hungry don't worry, but thank you for making me some" I smiled slightly at him.

"you haven't eaten in about 2 days" he said "Eat"

"oh" I said silently before taking a very small mouthful of the fried kimchi he had made.

"mmm" I said weakly before putting down my chopsticks.

he looked at me, concerned, but pressed no further.

I looked down the table at everyone else.

"look I'm sure you guys are uh lovely people and I don't mean to be a burden but could someone please explain what I'm doing here? I mean you did kidnap me after all, an explanation would be nice" I asked. It was true, I didn't want to annoy them as they all seemed nice enough but I really needed an explanation or two.

everyone went silent again.

"like we said, we needed a new recruit" chan said before going back to his food.

"yes but why and also why me? don't you need to agree to like ask me first or something? I didn't exactly agree to join anything." I said.

"we have been getting too many missions recently, we needed someone else to help us so we chose you" he replied.

"okay but why me? I have a lot of missions that I need to get done myself thank you very much. I'm not exactly a free agent either." I replied, annoyed. why would they pick me? I know I'm good but I don't belong in any gangs. I just do whatever jyp tells me, nothing more.

"we have been watching you for months now, tracking your every move. we have been looking at so many different people but we kept coming back to you. I have never seen someone so skilled in pretty much every mission they do." seungmin cut across.

"oh why thank you please do continue" I said smiling, flicking my hair behind me dramatically.

"like I was saying, you're the best of the best. its a shock that we even managed to get a hold of you now to be honest." seungmin continued.

"I'm only here because I'm tired. if it were anything else I would already be out of here and you guys would be dead" I replied coldly.

"so is that a yes then? will you help us?" jeongin said hopefully.

"uhh let me think. no. you guys kidnapped me and now want me to help you? no way in hell. besides I have a lot going on right now that I need to deal with. thanks for the dinner though, really appreciated" I said bitterly before standing up and turning to leave.

I was about to open the door when I heard a click. A click of the safety leaving a gun.

I turned around to be greeted with chan sat in his chair, gun pointing at me.

"Leave and ill shoot you" he said coolly

"go ahead" I said, holding my arms out in a fake surrender. "I'm an open target."

he knew I wouldn't care about his threat so he leant forward. at first I thought he was gonna get on his knees and beg but he picked up a cat instead.

"hey but dori down!" minho said instantly.

"leave and ill shoot the cat" chan said, staring right into my eyes.

"NO YOU WILL NOT I WILL RIP YOUR KNEE-" minho was cut off my jisungs hand being placed over his mouth.

I stood there half deciding what to do as chan held the gun to the cats head.

"LEAVE THIS ROOM AND ILL PERSONALLY HUNT YOU DOWN AN-" minho managed to get out before being shut up by jisung again.

"for fuck sake! FINE! fine ill join your stupid group but this is only to save that annoying cat!" I said angrily.

"knew that would persuade you" chan said with a smirk.

I took the cat aggressively out of his hands and placed it on minhos lap.

Minho then started doing some weird pray before chasing chan around the kitchen with a knife.

Minho was yelling curses while chan screamed for his life.

the other boys were laughing at the sight of the two and I couldn't help but smile. How could chan go from being so strict to so playful in the matter of seconds? These boys definitely all had secrets hiding away from me.
