hey, I'm Kai Danger. (Kai is short for kylie btw) I'm 17 years old. I have dark brown hair, light blue eyes, and a few freckles. My family is fucked up and so am I. My mom and dad are either drunk or high every day or completely sober, and just assholes, my brother left me when I was 10 because he got a scholarship to some fancy school out of state, and I am stuck on the south side with a half shitty life. I have lived on the south side pretty much my entire life. I went to juvie for a few months in 7th grade for possession of drugs, But other than that just the south side :)

The Gallagher's are our neighbors and the best people I have ever met. Fiona takes care of me more than my own mother does. She bailed me out of juvie, and I have been trying to repay her for it, but she won't take my money. Ian and Lip are like older brothers to me. They save me from trouble with dealers and the law. Debi is my best friend, I tell her everything. Even though most of the time she doesn't want to know. Liam is the cutest little boy ever, I babysit for him a lot. Frank is just a mess, and I don't want to talk about it. And Carl Gallagher, my best friend of 12 years, and a sex god, so I've heard. Me and him have always had a great friendship, and We hang out together almost everyday.

and Kev and V are our other neighbors they let me crash at their house when my parents are "in trouble."

It was Sunday morning about 10am I just woke up and my mom and dad were no where to be found. I sighed and slugged out of bed. I threw on a pair of black sweatpants and a black t shirt with a random band on it from the 80s. I put on my slides and walked out the door. I took my moms car and drove down to the alibi room. ( I only have my permit right now but I try not to get caught) My parents are normally sitting on the floor in the alley behind the bar but today they weren't. I checked under the bridge and found my dad completely blacked out with frank. I decided to leave him there and come back later. I looked in all there normal spots to find my mom but I couldn't find her. I couldn't loose my mom, even though she was a crazy alcoholic, the very few times a month when she is sober we have a really good time. I decided to stop at her work even though I'm pretty sure she was fired a year ago. But what do ya know there she is, sober... I think, she was talking to the manager so I parked and got out of the car to make sure she wasn't making a scene. Surprisingly she wasn't, she was just asking for her job back. After a few minutes of convincing the manager actually said yes! But my mom could only come back if she was completely sober on the days she was working. That is going to be hard but hopefully she can do it. I honestly miss having her around.

My mom got in the car and drove us home.
"Why did u ask for your job back?" I asked
" I realized yesterday that I am never around anymore and that I need to control my drinking and be a better mother." she replied
"Wow, that would've been helpful about 17 years ago." I said.
"Honey just let me try, I am going to clean the house and get ready for work tomorrow. Where is your father? He should try to do this too. " She asked
"He is passed out under the bridge with frank, and I think it would be best to let him figure that out on his own." I told her. I love my dad but I like him better drunk. when he is drunk he is never around me or my friends so he can't cause any problems. He is also super boring and controlling while sober. So I think it's best for him to stay the way he is.

We pulled up to our house and I got out and headed straight to the Gallagher's. I walked in and Ian was in the kitchen. "Where are Carl and debi?" I asked " Carl is in his room and debi is at the pool" he answered. "Thanks" I said as I ran up the stairs. "I'm going to Mickey's see ya!" Said Ian "have fun getting railed!" I called out as I walked into Carl's room.

He was sitting on his bed watching tv. "hey dipshit" I said and hopped onto the top bunk with him. "hey loser" he replied. we always greeted each other like that, not sure why but it's funny.
"anything new?" i asked
"well frank has this bitch named queenie living in our house now"
"is she weird?" i asked
"very, they also have had sex at least 10 times today" he said
"great" i replied sarcastic
"we should probably leave before they start doing it again" he said
"alr, but where do u wanna go?" i asked
"ask luke and them if they want to meet up" he replied

"luke and them"are our friends; ivy, arya, luke, and jake. ivy and arya have been my friends since 2nd grade, and we started hanging out as a group in 6th. luke and arya are dating i think.. it's honestly so confusing. and ivy and carl tried dating but it only lasted a week.
