Hello all, I just want to say thanks for taking the time to give my first story a glance, I hope it's as entertaining to read as it is to write. Thanks and God Bless!

"Girl, you know I don't cook unless I have to. I can't believe I let you drag me into this, heffa," Raquel complained playfully to her best friend, Alanna.
They were having a cookout at Alanna's house for the 4th of July and Alanna had tricked her into coming with words of good food and drinks. Cooking was never part of the deal, thought Raquel.
"It's not like you can't cook so hush, besides I had someone here that I wanted you to meet, seeing as though you never come out of the house and I'm ready to be a godmother someday," Alanna teased.
"Girl please," replied Raquel, "No kids are popping out of me until I receive my degree, have my own prestigious law firm, and get married to Michael Ealy."
Alanna looked at Raquel as if she'd lost her mind. "I know you didn't say Michael Ealy, when we all know that's my man," she stated jokingly. Both women looked at each other challengingly and started cracking up.
"The only man you have around here is me, don't get that nigga beat up," Ayden spoke up as he entered the kitchen with his cousin, Ty in tow. Ayden went and stood behind Alanna, his 6 ft lean frame towering over her petite 5 ft body. "Besides, lightskinned niggas can't hit it right, ain't that right?" he teased while pressing himself up against, making sure she could feel his member.
"That's right baby," she replied as she licked her lips while looking back into his light brown eyes before stepping up on her toes to reach his full pink lips with a kiss.
Raquel ignored the two love birds and went back to browsing through her social media on her iPhone 6. She felt eyes on her and looked up to see a pair of grey eyes staring back into hers. She swallowed before gaining her composure as she got warm below just from the intensity that this fine ass dude was giving off with something as simple as a stare.
"You see something you like?" Tyreeq asked her and chuckled, not able to take his eyes off of hers. "All you have to do is speak up lil mama," he said as he bit his lip while sizing her up. He stood up straight from leaning on the kitchen counter, and walked over to her, wasting no time in invading her personal space as his tall stature towered over hers before he whispered, "Don't listen to that nigga, this lightskinned nigga will make you lose your mind, all you have to do is ask." He winked before giving her a megawatt smile that made her weak in the knees. She was lucky she was sitting down already. She had to stop herself though. She'd been done with the dating scene for awhile and was never into the whole fuck buddy thing. She just didn't believe that any woman could truly have sex with a man, and feel nothing. So, instead of listening to her thumping core, which was just begging for some special attention, she ignored his proposition and said, "That's cute and all but I'm good. I would actually be better if you would back up and give me some breathing room." She turned away from him and faced the table trying to calm her beating heart as he stayed where he was and continued to stare her down, clearly ignoring her demand.
She turned to him in annoyance, "Take a picture, it'll last longer," she spoke up while rolling her eyes. She pushed him backwards a bit, giving herself room to rise and move past him, making her way towards the restroom. "Alanna, I'm going to the restroom, I'll be right back," she said, making her way out of the kitchen, not noticing that Ayden and Alanna had been watching their entire interaction with amusement, the whole time.
"So Ty, what do you think? My girl is bad right?" Alanna asked once she was sure Raquel had gone upstairs. "I mean she fine, but she has an attitude that a nigga like me don't have time for," responded Ty. "I thought you said she wanted to meet me, don't be trying to play me with that middle school, blind-date setup shit."
"Aye, bro cool that hype shit when talking to my shorty, don't be mad because yo ass can't handle a little challenge," Ayden spoke up then. "She put both of you in the same room and you couldn't even get a number, so blame yourself witcho lame ass," Ayden chuckled.
"Nigga, fuck you," Ty joked. "I wasn't even trying to get shorty number, I was just fucking with her. You know, testing the waters to see what type of female she is."
"Yeah right, nigga. Well she's in the bathroom, you still need to test some water or you done being a punk?" Ayden questioned while laughing, silently daring Ty to do what he'd already had his mind set to do.
"Nigga what's my name?" Ty chuckled as he left out of the kitchen, and headed towards the staircase.
