Chapter 7

/ Skyler's POV / 

Today we have our first game against Italy. Luckily it is not until another couple of hours, and everyone else went out to do there own things and left me because they thought I was sleeping.  In reality I was awake I just realty did not want to go.  I have not had the best life, but I always thought I had the sandlot. Well obviously that was never real like I thought it was. Of course I do have my new team but when the season ends I just have to go back home again.  I have been thinking about running away ever since my dad died, he was the only one I had left now I have absolutely no one. I stop writing when I hear the door unlock and I shove my journal in under my mattress quickly and jump on my bed. Everyone walks in and right away goes to different spots in the room. Luckily for me Luis walks right over to my bed and lays next to me. I might or might not have been forming a crush on Luis, at first I had one on Adam but I think he likes Charlie and I was starting to like Luis so that one went down the drain. " hello sleeping beauty, how was your nap." he said in a sexy voice.  " hi Luis, and it was a very nice nap" I say as he puts his head on my stomach and goes on Tic Tok as I put more pillows under my back and look down at his phone. We both end up falling asleep ( photo at the top but in a bed not a car) About an hour later Charlie throws a pillow at me and Luis " hey get up we got a game in a hour, lets go." He yelled " ugh" we both groaned and went to get ready. 

   ////////// Time Change ///////////

We were up by 2 to 0 so far and I scored the first goal in the fist couple of minutes and Adam scored the second.  When I was off the bench me and Luis talked the whole time until we had to got back on. When he scored a goal he winked at me making me blush, I quickly skated away so he couldn't see.  We won 11-0 and I scored 5 of the goals " great job out there Sky " Charlie said skating off the rink. When we got into the locker room coach Bombay was there " great job guys that was a statement today." we all cheered after he said that " now be out in 15 minutes alright see ya" once he said that he walked out of the locker room. " hey do you guys want to go get food or something" I suggest " sure " everyone said except for Connie, guy, and Dean " Me and guy and actually going to watch a movie, so we will see you later." Connie said and walked out of the locker room with Guy hand in hand. " I am going to go to bed last night I go no sleep, see yall dachas" Dean said and jogged out. " well lets get going guys, we got to be out in exactly 5 minutes so lets go!"  Adam said and grabbed Charlies hand pulling him to go. I think Charlie might like Adam to but I definitely know now that Adam likes him.  After that we all left to go explore the town. 

///////// Connie's POV /////////

After me and Guy saw that they all had left, we both rush to go find Dean. We find him in his room listening to music " hey lets go we have to do this before they get back" I say and we all start running to my room. When we get inside I go straight for the bathroom as the two boys search the other part of the room.  I search through the her part of the bathroom but all I find is ibuprofen luckily, I smile to myself.  When I walk out I see dean looking through her draws and Guy looking near the couch. " Hey I think I found something, come here" We both walk over to Dean " what is it" Guy asked, he just hands guy something " is this-"  " ya it is" Dean cuts him off, I grabbed what he is holding. When I look at it I see it is a pill bottle for Depression. I gasp and look at them " Connie could there be anything else in here." It takes me a second to think but then it hits me. " ya I think she writes in a journal, I know it is somewhere in here" I say.  We all start looking again but this time only in her area. Dean lifts up her mattress and that is when we see a journal " hey, I found it I think" We look over to see Dean holding a journal in his hand. I take it out of his hand but then we hear a knock on the door. " Shit" I whisper yell. Dean grabs the book out of my hand and puts in back under the bed as I rush to the door. " hi guys" I say as I block the door way a bit so they can get out of the since. " hi " they all say and walked inside. I see Luis and Skyler talking and she looked genially happy. All I can do is hope she doesn't have to use those anymore and hope that she is happy.
