Abandoned

The plain old mirror,

The same dusty chair.

The half cracked coffee mug,

Sit there in despair.

The neem is slowly drying.

Waiting for it's owner.

The torn story book wishes,

For him to come sooner.

The wood on the floor,

Creaks now and then.

As if it is saying,

It was bound to happen.

The rusty abandoned tree house,

Sighs in frustration.

"Can you come sooner?" it says,

We are your creation.
