Back when I was 17

~Hearing just the Beginning~

I just got home from school and it's 4:30 pm, and my teacher has me doing a two-page essay that is due tomorrow. It is almost time for dinner, and the reason why I am home so late is that my mom makes me walk home because she thinks I don't deserve a ride. My mom makes me do everything, even cook dinner for my whole family, but if she wants something different just for her she will make me make it just for her.

''What the f*ck, I thought I told you to go make dinner for me" my mother always screams at me in a loud voice whenever she tells me to do something and I don't do it the second she says it.

" I just got home and I am starting dinner now"

''I want you to make spaghetti for the family and chicken noodle soup for me'' my mom screamed so madly at me

So I started to cook dinner and it's now 7:30 pm and my mom makes me clean up dinner and get my brothers to bed at this time. I have to run them both a bath. Jason is 5 and Timmy is 14. Timmy can't get ready on his own because he was adopted and was abused as a young child.

Now it is around 9 pm and time for me to get ready for bed myself. I have had to take off my make-up and take a shower, then get pj's on and head to bed.

I woke up all of a sudden because I heard a loud thud so I ran downstairs and walked in on my parents having s*x.

''What the f*ck what are you doing up, I thought I told you to go to bed" my mom said so then I just screamed and ran back to bed

My mom started to chase me to my room and beat me.

The next morning I went to school with a black eye and my ear bleeding.

My teachers don't care about me so they didn't think anything about it. It was a normal day, but when I got to my English class everything changed. I was supposed to write a two-page essay, but didn't, so now I have an F in his class.

I just got home from school, and apparently, my English teacher sent my mom an email saying how I didn't turn in my essay so she grounded me for a month. No phone, Tv, Friends, and anything besides school and home. I thought my life was over.

My mom says that we are getting a bunny. I'm not sure how this is going to go since what happened to our last animal.

I overheard my mom talking to my father about how they were paying for the new bunny that we were getting. They said something about how my father was a secret agent and secretly worked for the government, my father said

"You can't tell the rest of the family about what I'm doing, and that I even have a job"

"Ok your secret is safe with me" my mom said in a whisper.

Soon after when I was about to start to make dinner, I had to ask my mom what I had to make for the family for dinner. Then all of a sudden I heard my mom talking to someone on the phone. She was telling someone how my father is a secret agent and how he was doing all these illegal things.  Of course, I had to go tell my father about what I just found out. He told me he already knew what my mom was doing and how she was trying to get him behind bars and her elaborate plan of how she was going to take me and my brothers away and make us all start selling drugs for her and how there was nothing that could get in her way.

He told me he was going to take my mom to court and fight for full custody of all of us, and we would be moving to Texas to live with my grandparents.
