You are my sunshine, my only sunshine

You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away

Intak opened his eyes to the feeling of being shaken awake. He quickly swats the hand away and looks at the figure above him.

"Aunt? Shit, am I late to school-"

"Forget about school, Intakkie! Your auntie prepared something special!" She pulled out two tickets from behind her back, waving them in front of his face.

"H-Huh? But I have school today and don't you have a date?" Intak sits up, confused.

"That can wait, Intak-ah. Get dressed! We're going to Jeju!" She yelled enthusiastically before walking out of the other's room.

Intak stares at the closed door in awe. Was this really his aunt? There's no way.

He eventually decides to put it at the back of his mind and walked over to his closet, pulling out a pair of loose black pants, a grey hoodie, and a light denim jacket to pull over it.

After getting dressed, he grabbed his glasses and exited his room. He waited for his aunt to say it was joke, but it never came.

"Let's get to the car now. This is gonna be a long trip so make sure you bring your power bank!" His aunt exited her room clad in a flowery sundress and a leather jacket on top. She had bangles and all sorts of jewelry all over her body.

'At least her love for jewelry hasn't changed.' Intak thought to himself.

"Let's go, kiddo!" She dragged him by the wrist to her glistening red car. The same one she would never let Intak even look at, let alone touch.

"Uh, auntie, are you sure you want me to ride in this?" He asked, unsure.

"Of course! You can go at the back so you can have more room to yourself." The older woman opened the door for him to which he hesitantly stepped in.

"Auntie, you're not, like, drunk or anything, right?" Intak asked as soon as she had gotten into the driver's seat.

"What? No! I'm not an irresponsible guardian, you know." She rolled her eyes before reaching back and ruffling her nephew's hair.

Intak let's out a surprised noise before leaning back and looking out the window as his aunt started the car.

He let's out a quiet sigh before closing his eyes and drifting to sleep.

When he wakes up, his aunt was patting his shoulder to wake him up.

"Auntie? What's wrong?" He asks, rubbing his eyes with his left hand as he stretched his right.

"I'm getting gas right now. Go take a piss or buy some stuff if you'd like." She hands him a couple won to which he takes hesitantly.

"I'll go to the bathroom." Intak opens the car door and exits.

"Buy me some cigars if you aren't gonna buy anything!" His aunt yells as he enters the store.

Intak thinks about his aunt as he entered the bathroom. His thought process stopped when he saw the dirty bathroom.

"Ugh." He sighs and enters the furthest stall.

After finishing his business, he reaches for the toilet paper, only to see that it was empty.

Intak forms a fist and closes his eyes in annoyance.

"Uh, does anyone have any toilet paper? No?" He asks.

"Red paper or purple paper?" A man's voice asks. Intak couldn't pinpoint where it came from. It sounded like it came from every direction around him but not at the same time.

"P-Purple pap...er?" He asks, unsure. Something was definitely wrong with whoever this man is.

"Hm. Good choice." The man throws toilet paper at him from above the stall to his left, startling the young boy.

"T-Thank you..?"

After using up the toilet paper, Intak exits the stall with a pounding heart and looked left and then right.

He notices a man in a red cloak washing his hands at one of the sinks. Despite having a hood on, his face was slightly visible through the mirror.

He had pale blue skin and red eyes. Cuts were littered all over his body and stitches layed around his neck like a choker. He had extremely white hair, almost as if it was bleached a hundred of times.

He was incredibly good looking, too.

The man finishes and exits the bathroom.

Intak cautiously walked over to the sink where the cloaked man was washing, only to realize it was broken.

"Huh?" He tilts his head in confusion and washes his hands at a different sink.

He runs out of the bathroom, looking around for the man, but he was nowhere to be seen.

Letting out a sigh, Intak walks over to the woman at the counter and buys a cigarette and lighter.

"How old are you, kid?" She asks.

"I'm 19." He lied. He was actually 16, but she didn't need to know. He was tall enough to be considered of legal age anyways.

"Uh-huh."

"Also, uhm, ma'am, have you by any chance seen a man in a red cloak come out the bathroom?"

"Man in a red cloak? No, I haven't. I didn't see anyone see exit the bathroom except you, kid." She says as she handed him the cigarette and lighter.

"U-Uh. Okay, t-thank you." He stuttered in paranoia before leaving the store and going back into his aunt's car and handing her the items.

"Thanks kiddo! What's got you so shaken up?" She asks as she started the engine.

"I... It's nothing, aunt. Don't worry about it."
