Y/n's POV :
Next morning , I woke up with a hope that it might be not true. 'I HATE MORNING LECTURES' I said to myself as it is not less than a torture being in school. I did my morning routine as usual and went to school . I saw Hobi and Jennie coming towards me and we all three talked throughout the way . First time in my life I felt left out cause they both were talking to each other like they've known each other for a long time . When we reached the school , Hobi introduced us to ' the boys ' aka his friend group . They were in total 7 people including Hobi. The purely handsome looking person was JIN , on the other hand there was Yoongi who was a little shy , the smart looking was Namjoon . The boy named Taehyung looked a little artistic type , there was the swimming champion of our school Jungkook and lastly , the most famous person in our grade , Park Jimin . He was the playboy of our school . We greeted each other and that's when the bell rang , Jin said , " Meet you all during lunch break ".
~ During the lecture ~
I was focusing on what the teacher said , I felt like someone was at staring me so I looked behind and saw Jimin staring at me with his dark eyes . But the I shrugged it off thinking ' why would he even glance at me , totally not my type ' . Finally the bell rang , it felt like forever . Something was off cause I saw Jennie constantly smiling while looking at the phone and whenever I tried to ask her she would simply reply 'Nothing'. But although it was a weird day , I had fun hanging out with ' the guys ' . They are lot more fun than they seem but 'everything has an end right ?' And thus the day ended .
~ Magical Time Skip ~
I was scrolling my phone laying on the bed and then Jennie called me . We talked for hours about lots of stuff . I got to know that why was she smiling like an idiot in school and that's because her parents are away for a week due to last minute business trip . ' Aish ! that stupid girl I thought that now she'll start keeping secrets from me and than we'll get apart cause she can make friends easily and then we'll never be bestfriends again' . Sometimes I do overthink a lot *nervously laughs *. Well atleast we'll have a lot fun tomorrow ; 1. cause it's Saturday 2. We are gonna have a sleepover 3. We'll have Jennie's whole house to ourselves.
The most awaited day finally came ! The sun shone brightly in the sky indicating that it's gonna be a good day . I packed my necessities and left . " Hey Y/n ! ready for the big day ? and first of all , did you bring the thing I asked you to ?" Jennie spoke , I simply nodded and removed the bottle of wine from my backpack . She squealed in excitement . The sun sank in the horizon and the darkness crept over , it was so peaceful , the sound of insects , the cool breeze and the moon shining like chandelier up in the sky . Jennie went to wash her face when her phone chimed , "Jennie you got a message from someone ! " I informed her . " Can you please check who is it " , 'Sure ' I just mumbled . My face went pale when I saw who was it and what was it . It was Hobi and he just confessed to Jennie. She saw the text and got concerned , " I know you like him a lot , don't worry I will reject him this instant . Y/n your friendship means a lot to me than him . And I know it must be so awkward for you to find out this ". Even though I'm broken and I hate to say it " Listen Jennie , I know that you will not accept it for the sake of our friendship but I assure you that nothing will change between you and me . You should go for him . He is a nice guy , very hard to find and as per I know he'll not break you heart and if if he does I'll be the first to break his bones " We both giggled at the last statement . She hugged me , I hugged her back but the thought of it still hurt me as hell .
