Chapter - 6

Christiana's POV:
Today my mom told me to come home fast, some of the guests are coming to meet us at home.

So after finishing my work I directly went home.

After reaching home my mom told me to wear something beautiful and she told me that someone was coming especially to meet me or rather you can say they will be coming so that they can talk about my marriage.

My mom told me not to worry about anything if I don't like their proposal about marriage than I can say no.

So here I am getting ready 😢😢 I always thought I will get married with the love of my life.

I wanted to wait for the right person.

And since that incident in crosswalk I have been thinking about that man I even don't know his name.

I wanted to know about him but I don't have any clue where to find him.

I have never felt like this about anyone his eyes were the most beautiful set of eyes I have ever seen.
Okey it's not the time to think about him.

Now I need to focus and think about what to say to my parents and how to say no without hurting anyone.

I really don't want to hurt anyone please god help me.

Xavier's POV:
Today my dad called me and told me that Mr. Adams is willing to meet us and has called us to his home tonight.

Finally I am going to meet her and if things goes as planned than I will be getting married to her soon.

I am really excited I am behaving like love sick teenzer but I can't help it.

I am really excited to meet her and know about her.

It's 6 o'clock in the evening and we have to reach her home at 7 so here I am at my parents home to pick them so we can go to Mr. Adams home together.

After 15 minute my mom and dad came downstairs from there room and I greeted them.

My mom was so happy that finally I said yes to get married. So now we are on our way to Mr. Adams house. After 45 minute of drive we arrived to our destination.

I don't know why I am nervous. During board meeting or while signing billion dollar contract I don't get nervous but today to meet her officially for the 1st time is driving me to the edge.

I hope she will not dislike me.

There is nothing to dislike about me I am handsome I am rich every girl dreams to be by my side but here I am going crazy to meet her.

When we arrived at the door my dad rang the bell and their housekeeper opened the door for us and lead us to the living room. There in the sofa was sitting Mr. Adams.

My dad went forward to shake hand and Mr.Adams greeted my mom.

And my dad introduced me with Mr.Adams. After sometime Mrs. Adams came we introduced eachother.

She told us that Christiana was helping in the kitchen so she asked us to follow to the dining room.

We followed Mrs. Adams when I reached to the door of dining room I saw her, she was wearing red color sundress and she was carrying whole baked chicken in the tray.

She was looking so beautiful she had her hair in a bun.

I was so lost in her beauty that I forget where I was.

When my dad nudge me than I came to my sense.

She was focused in carrying her tray full of chicken. She hasn't seen me yet.
