Beast Boy x Reader (One Shot)

You were lying on your bed at home, flipping through your phone at around 9 P.M. You had your feet swinging behind you as you laid down on your stomach. All of a sudden, you got a text. You rolled your eyes and said to yourself, "It's probably (MOM/DAD/GUARDIAN) again." You sighed and clicked the message. To your surprise, it was a number you didn't know. You read the text.

"Hey mama! It's Beast Boy!"

Beast Boy. Beast Boy was your super hero friend that you met at a restraunt. The two of you had been friends for a while now, and he asked for your number just the other day, but you forgot you gave it to him. You smiled and texted back.

"Hey Beasty! What's up?"

You eagerly waited for him to text back. Ironically, you got a text about 25 seconds later.

"Hey! Can you meet me at the park in an hour? I need to tell you something"

You read the text about 4 times to make sure you read it right. You blushed. What could he want to tell me?... You texted back.

"Yeah, sure..!"

You looked at the time and wondered why he wanted to meet you so late. You decided to get ready early, so you got out of bed then grabbed a comfy sweater and a pair of leggings. You put them on and watched TV until it was time to leave. You constantly checked the time on your phone while walking to the park. You didn't want to be late. You arrived at the park at 19:58 and saw Beast Boy sitting on a bench. "H-Hey, Beasty!" You said, approaching him. He turned to you and smiled, "Hey, (Y/N)!" You sat next to him and said, "So...-" Beasty started talking at the same time as you and said, "Look, (Y/N)- uhh.." he stopped and it was silent for a few seconds. Beast Boy scratched the back of his head and said, "(Y/N)..Uh..I've been meaning to tell you... I..." He was nervous. You looked at him,full of curiousity. He laughed a little, awkwardly, and said, "Um.. I've.. I've liked you for a long time!-" He was blushing. He didn't say anything out because he was already scared out of his mind. "Liked me?" You blushed, "You mean, like, like like?" He smiled faintly and nervously nodded. Your eyes lit up and you hugged him, pulling back after you thought of something to ask... "But...Wait. I thought you liked Raven!" Beast Boy flinched in shock, "What? NoNo! She's just another titan! I've liked you for the longest time! I can't even remember!-" "Wow...I-" You did, in fact, have a pretty big crush on him. The inner excitement was eating you alive, but you tried to stay calm. "Well, I like like you too Beast Boy.." you giggled, "alot." You were now blushing as a dorky, yet extremely adorable smile formed on Beast Boy's face. Beast Boy rubbed his eye, and tried to get himself to stop blushing so he could say something. "I-I.." You sat there while he was struggling to talk, but then decided to slowly lean in and kiss him. Beast Boy's eyes widened in surprise, but then he relaxed, closed his eyes, and kissed back. This was a night to remember.
