Okaii so here's a wee bit of a backstory to this
So she was on The Late Late Show with James Corden and they played a game called Spill Your Guts Or Fill Your Guts, which is a game where basically you either answer a question truthfully or eat something gross. And at one point it was her turn and she had to say something nice about Donald Trump, which she refused to do so.
So she suffered the consequences and had to take a juicy bite of a cow tounge XD
